The food was hot, and it came out fast. However, the counter guy had a very loud voice that carried throughout the dining room. Apparently, he and a cook were having a debate as to whether or not he should go back and help the cook. This didn't make my visit very pleasant. It ruined the atmosphere of what could have been a pleasant experience. I understand that these things happen. It's sad to have a bad experience over something that a good manager should be able to handle immediately.

Door was locked . Waited in drive through like 20 plus minutes for a mobile order . No way to cancel it so was stuck waiting. Staff did apologize they were way understaffed and mobile ordering should have been turned off .

The employees do not care about the customer or customer service. I called 8 times and they hung up the phone after I complained about them missing multiple items that I have ordered. They need to do better.

Worst customer service ever! I did pick up order and when I got there the lady was like *confirm your order* and I was like *what do you mean?* because I was confused. Instead of tell me nicely like *go to your app and press I Got my order* she yelled at me one more time saying CONFIRM YOUR ORDER!! I got scared and nervous. I told her calm down and God bless her. The nuggets were dry and cold, same with the fries. Definitely not coming back to this place. They customer service is not the best but the worst. As a business owner, they shouldn’t be working in the customer service area. That damages the image of the company honestly👍🏼 so sad.

The meat was very dry. The mayo should be spread on both pieces of the buns, not only a small dab on the one side. But another issue is how thick the onion pieces are cut/sliced. They kept falling out onto the tray. If the onion would be sliced thin, they would more easily fit onto the bun.
