I went through drive thru today & ordered #9. Outside, the restaurant looks fairly new & clean parking lot. Drive thru seems a bit tight for larger vehicles but speed of going ordering & going through seemed proficient w/ it being around 12:20ish in a Fri. Service & food was good & hot but I cant believe the cost of my meal (over $11 for snadwich, fries & drink). Overall store is probably above average but even though I'm not rating them on this last part, unlike other BK's this particular restaurant does not support veterans.

Building is nicely remodeled, but the orders still come out missing items. We stopped getting drinks from this location because they are mostly unflavored soda water. Do not recommend. Plenty of other fast food options nearby.

Had to order on the screen. Order was totally messed up. Was told we pushed the wrong buttons. According to the printed receipt we ordered corrected. Get rid of the damn kiosks and hire humans to take orders.

Drive thru order, specifically requested well done, crispy onion rings and jalapeno bites. Kayla took my order but never repeated it. One car in front of me, overall wait was 13 minutes. At the window, I told the male kid about my request and asked him to be sure they were to be crispy. As I watched, he never said anything nor moved, but played with a sauce container by flipping it like a little kid. Finally received my order and needless to say, I had soggy, barely warm fried sides. And photos to prove raw onion rings! Employees just don’t listen nor care about customers. But the morning crew is amazing on Sundays!

Super slow drive thru. It felt like my order hadn't been started to be put together until I finally got to the pickup window. It was a simple order, burger, fries & nuggets. The burger wasn't even remotely warm.

So first thing I was at the drive thru and was there a minute before someone else pull up. They waited on him first.then I ordered a bacon double cheeseburger meal. Get down the road on the highway and my burger has no bacon and cold. Not warm cold. So I call and ask for a manager she says speaking not nice at all. I told her what happened she say you can bring it back. I just worked 12 hours no break and was hungry and don't live close. No I'm sorry that happened to you what can we do to make it right just rude and snotty. I work at Karns and eat there a lot. But you will never see me there again. Thxs for the great experience

Yo thank you so much! I didnt know you guys were open all the way until midnight. That means so much to me. I drove past your establishment about a little past 11pm on today's date 7/30/25. I was so relieved that you guys were open this late.
The staff was so friendly. They looked really tired from a long hard day but they still managed to provide great service. I had a long day at my work too being in sales. Thank you again for providing late service to us workers. Thank you to your staff for working late and working hard as well. Thank you thank you thank you 😊!
