Excellent drive. Great foods. Consistency
Parking. Parking lot full, no customers. Guess you're entitled.
There are three drive-thru lanes at this Burger King — one clearly labeled “Mobile Order.” So naturally, I used that lane after placing an order through the app.
I sat there for over 10 minutes with no updates, no service, nothing. Finally someone yelled out the window and asked what we were doing. We told her we had a mobile order and were waiting in the Mobile Order lane — because… well… that’s what it says.
She then told us we still had to go through the regular drive-thru.
So… what exactly is the Mobile Order lane for? Vibes? Manifesting a Whopper?
Totally pointless setup, zero communication, and a waste of time. Proceed to drive thru and I swear we waited an additional 30 minutes.
Food was just like any other Burger King you go to. They did update this restaurant so we were very excited to see it. The staff seemed high, on something. The lady that helped us was very slow speaking. When we got our food we were missing a burger and our dipping sauces. We are not sure if we are going to be coming back to this Burger King.
Drive thru sucks, takes forever to get your order(s). The old Burger King before it was remodeled was faster, and the old crew knew how to get orders done. With the old crew, when I would go inside, they knew what I wanted every time. Now, it takes too long, waited almost 10 minutes the first since they remodeled and changed crew members. I will NOT be eating there anymore.
Michael is fantastic!! They have one person on staff working the morning which is insane to me. It’s way too busy and way too much work for one person. Even with that he was hustling to get everybody taken care of. Hire more people like Michael
Nice clean place better than McDonald's. The staff are friendly, great and very helpful

Breakfast food was not even warm. They microwaved it and reserved. They should have given us a new order. Very poorly done sanitation wise.
The food was fast the service one of the best I ever had in burger king I forgot her name but she was very professional
We usually go to the one by our house, but got tired of cold burgers and wilted veggies. So we tried this one. The burgers were hot, and the veggies were fresh. It resembled the burgers on the commercial. Staff was friendly and the place was bright and clean.

While I enjoy the recent remodel, it's impossible to speak with anyone in person, as it's setup as a kiosk ordering system only.
They ALWAY prioritize the drive-thur over customers who dine-in. I've been told this property multiple times since the remodel, the last two trips (I was the only customer inside), I ordered a single meal for myself. I watched 8 cars go through the drive-thru after I ordered before I was handed my meal. This has been my experience my last two trips. It's supposed to be fast food, I shouldn't have to wait 20 minutes for a single meal.
I used the drive thru and unlike other locations they were fast, courteous and efficient. What more can you want in a fast food restaurant?
Didn't end up getting anything. Nobody said anything, nobody came out to greet anybody. Everybody stayed busy in the back while customer stood confused in the lobby. I know this is your system of efficiency, but your lack of customer service won't make your business better. Good luck!
Went for the fish but had to settle for about impossible the big fish reminded me of McDonald's with all the grease I mean mayo with a touch of butter no cheese and lettuce just to make it look healthy lol
