So I'm giving 5 stars because consistently food is good and u get what u expect. HOWEVER I was sadly disappointed this past visit. No fault of the restaurant but already the newest candied bacon aioli burger is gone. Only around for maybe 2 weeks. It was the best burger BK ever made in my opinion and when went to get one found out its already discontinued due to ingredients not being available (?).

They will not let you have it your way at the drive-through. All i wanted was a medium fry without salt. I do this because I want them HOT AND CRISPY! it's the only thing I order. They want me to go inside to get them. That would be no problem if I weren't handicapped! I have a very difficult time walking after my 45 surgeries (yes 45 no joke or exaggeration) honestly, go to chick-filet down the road.

HORRIBLE service. Both workers were so clearly high. They locked their doors early after i called and was told i could come inside to get my order. I had no choice but to go through the drive through. Then i was met with two people yelling at me for being on an e-bike.I have NO CHOICE when you lock the doors early because you're lazy. I worked retail for 10 years. I know how hard it can be. And I'm 26. Shut down this burger king honestly.Avoid the old man at night. He has longer white hair. And avoid the tall lanky kid at night too. I gues this is a great job if you wanna smoke and treat people horribly.

order a double whopper. got home opened up the sandwich and it only had 1 and 1/2 of a burger. the bottom burger looked like it was cut in 1/2. and the phone number listed is a fax!!!!!!! Did finally get the restaurant only to be told if I bring the sandwich back they will give me a new one. I explained I just worked a 16 hr day. I stopped here on my way home which is 45 min to 1 hr away ( its the last fast food restaurant I pass on my way home. I told him I was not driving basically another 2 hrs to get a new sandwich. the only way they will do anything is if I bring the sandwich back. I need to eat dinner. Was told they will do nothing!!!!!!! I will be contacting the reginal manager.

We sometimes stop by here for fries and some APP deals after a great workout at our nearby gym. I appreciate the fact that the cashiers and servers do their best to get your name pronounced correctly. Great Job, guys!

Service through drive thru very slow everytime. 5 cars ahead of me and took 25 minutes just to get to speaker to order food. Prepare to wait very long time in the car. This is the slowest drive through by far that I ever

If I could give zero stars I would. The drive through window was staffed by a young lady that was beyond rude. I can’t believe that we have gotten so hard up for employees that someone like her is actually being paid for her “abilities” better yet her lack of them.
