How do you open for breakfast but don't have orange juice, forks, or syrup. Then have the nerve to have an attitude when we ask for something to compensate for what you dont have.

I used to like coming here but they are getting sloppy like they don't care but I want my food made right especially if I'm paying for it I'm not coming back here at all they need to get this store together!!!

The kids/young adults working this morning lacked skills in communication and decency. The female had an attitude when she wanted me to repeat my order for her male coworker because he couldn’t hear. She assumed I should have known their issues on their end, instead of communicating that they couldn’t hear and needed the order to be placed for the third time. I wasn’t sure if they truly needed my order repeated because the guy put me on hold and left. When I approached the window to pay, the young man said the price, took the card, handed it back, gave the food- not a “good morning”, not a “thank you”, not a “here you go”- nothing. I asked for jelly and napkins, he gave it without speaking or saying “yes, sure you can”. I asked the male and female if they were good, as in- are you both ok? They shoulder shrugged and asked what I meant. I told them they didn’t speak, didn’t have a common greeting, didn’t say thank you, nothing at all.The female pointed to the guy as if it were his fault. Also, they both had gap sweatshirts on, maybe BK doesn’t have uniforms anymore? Just lacked professional presence across the board.

Sat in the drivethrough 15 minutes. Every few minutes the girl came on and said she would be right with me. After third time I left. There were no other cars in drive through. They need to fix this, its not the first time. UPDATE: Well, they are opening a Chick-fil-A next door. If Burger King doesn't fix this, their only customers will be Sunday.

The cashier charged me incorrectly first. The chicken fry weren’t fresh. These were disgusting. We have to trough these away.

This is the worst drive thru ever! Waited 20 mins in line for 8 nuggets! One car in line in front of me no one behind me and they asked me 3 times what my order was in the meantime the employees were playing around putting plastic bags on their head!

Terrible location. Ordered on the app at 5:02pm on June 11th. Waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes and the line never moved. Yet, it wasn't busy. Two cars in front of me and the speaker never even asked for their order. I literally backed up and parked to go inside to try and get my order because there was no cars behind me because again it wasn't busy. Once inside there was someone in front of me who ordered and the cashier just walked away before ringing her up causing an even longer wait. Someone else had to come and ring her up then when it was my turn I mentioned my order from the app and she said it wasn't in the system but when I told her the order number she mentioned she recalls making the order meaning they gave my order to someone else. I got no apology nor did they have any sense of urgency to get my order out and by 5:27pm I walked out because I needed to get to work and I wasn't about to be late over subpar food when I SHOULD'VE HAD MY FOOD AT LEAST 20 MINUTES PRIOR. So now I gotta fight with the stupid tech support to get my money back and I didn't even get my food and wasted half an hour for nothing. What an awfully managed location.

Very upset with my experience this evening. I paid $40 for my food only to get home to see they only put half of my order in my bag. BK just lost a customer.

This Burger King location is the absolute worst. The food is fine but the employees are not well mannered, curse and yell over the speaker when ordering. I went there the other day (which will absolutely be my last time for that location) and was in the drive thru for 34 minutes. Pleased, please train these employees better and get new management. Or this location simply NEEDS to be shut down. If it’s fast food I should not be waiting over a half hour! Get it together!

There are 2 employees wearing pajama pants, 1 employee wearing crocks shoes, 1 employee wearing ear bud head phones! Also I questioned about the prices in store was cheaper than online app. The lady was very nice and asked to take picture of what I was talking about so she can show her boss.

My sandwich was made incorrectly so I had to go in and have them make me a new one.
staff was courteous and took care of the error and remade my sandwich.
