I gave them one star on food and the rest are zero stars. The worst customer service i ever had in my life. Just young kids acting crazy and laughing about everything. Their is a young lady there that is very nice and will still be nice to you even if your upset. But some of the kids like to throw out racist comments which I will be contacting HR about. Will never shop at this location ever again and I hope that kid looses his job because he obviously is not ready for any type of customer service job. To throw out a racist slur when all I said was I won't shop at this location again has me in disbelief. The GM will be getting a nice call from me.

This place gave me the worst food and service I ever had! Then when I called in the next day to speak to a day manager she was rude and combative not even listening to me talk! They didnt have ice, didnt have most of the drinks and then gave us diet instead of what we asked for! The burgers were burnt and the fries didnt have salt and were cold! The sandwiches didnt have any sauces either! 30 bucks for 2 people and it ruined our night then corporate tried to give me 50% off my next order! I will never eat burger king again and its a shame cuz it was my favorite before this

I ordered an Impossible Whopper meal around 8:50 PM before heading into a movie, since I’m a vegetarian. Unfortunately, the staff gave me a regular meat patty inside an Impossible Whopper wrapper. I only realized after taking a bite, and it made me very uncomfortable.
I immediately called the store, and the male associate apologized, admitted the mistake, and told me that since I paid with a credit card, they would issue me a refund. He also assured me that I’d get a complimentary Impossible Whopper the next time I visited. I understood mistakes can happen, so I accepted the resolution at the time.
However, when I checked, no refund was posted. I went back the next day to follow up, and the manager (a lady) told me that I should have come back the same day, and now she cannot issue a refund. This completely contradicted what I was told.
I feel cheated by this location. It’s not about the $10–$15—it’s about honesty, accountability, and customer care. As a vegetarian, this mistake was not only frustrating but also very disappointing. Changing their word and refusing to honor a promised refund shows how little they value their customers. I will never be returning to this Burger King location.

They were out of half their soda flavors (Including coke), had no straws left out, were oit of several sauce flavors, and refused to give sauce with fries without an additional charge.

All in all, Wendy's would have been a better choice.

The kids/young adults working this morning lacked skills in communication and decency. The female had an attitude when she wanted me to repeat my order for her male coworker because he couldn’t hear. She assumed I should have known their issues on their end, instead of communicating that they couldn’t hear and needed the order to be placed for the third time. I wasn’t sure if they truly needed my order repeated because the guy put me on hold and left. When I approached the window to pay, the young man said the price, took the card, handed it back, gave the food- not a “good morning”, not a “thank you”, not a “here you go”- nothing. I asked for jelly and napkins, he gave it without speaking or saying “yes, sure you can”. I asked the male and female if they were good, as in- are you both ok? They shoulder shrugged and asked what I meant. I told them they didn’t speak, didn’t have a common greeting, didn’t say thank you, nothing at all.The female pointed to the guy as if it were his fault. Also, they both had gap sweatshirts on, maybe BK doesn’t have uniforms anymore? Just lacked professional presence across the board.

Sat in the drivethrough 15 minutes. Every few minutes the girl came on and said she would be right with me. After third time I left. There were no other cars in drive through. They need to fix this, its not the first time. UPDATE: Well, they are opening a Chick-fil-A next door. If Burger King doesn't fix this, their only customers will be Sunday.

The cashier charged me incorrectly first. The chicken fry weren’t fresh. These were disgusting. We have to trough these away.
