Best seafood place I have been to and that includes the conglomerate crab houses in NC NJ SC MD doesn't matter this place uses their own seasonings and that sets it aside from the rest because we've all had old bay crab, but this is a complete different flavor, experience, and the service is incredible.

As always, the seafood boil was amazing. The service is absolutely great. They double bag the leftovers to prevent messes which I also think is awesome.

Food was absolutely amazing. Loved everything about it. Fast service customer service is on point couldn’t ask anything for more or more better was craving seafood all day. Caught my friend up today while I was at work and said let’s go out and go get some seafood and I looked up good recommendations and in this place came up. I knew automatically I wanted to go try. My friend said she already tried and she loved it. I wouldn’t try today. My experience was a 10 out of 10 customer service immaculate food. Great cook to perfection with flavor and fulfilled my fantasies. I will definitely be coming back to Captain crab.

This seafood boil place is the worst. The crawfish I had from here were literally rotten. It smelled like chemicals and dead flesh. I would highly recommend you to think before going here. Just an awful experience.

This has always been my go to seafood boil place and I have never really had any issues with the food. Until, today. The crawfish were dang right rotten. It smelled like dead corpus and trash in the landfill. I hope I don’t get really bad food poisoning but the future looks pretty dim for me (ps I ate some of the sausage before smelling the crawfish). I’m pretty sure they knew they were bad and still decided to sell it. They are jeopardizing people’s health with this behavior and I would highly recommend y’all to think before spending your money here and endangering your health.

Me and my sister love seafood and this was our favorite spot to get some. We always ordered crawfish with other things in the boil. We bought some today and the crawfish had a very strong bleach odor to it. It was mushy as well. We got suspicious and took all of the crawfish out and put it in a separate bag to dispose it. We smelled it only after a few minutes, it smelled like garbage, bad rotten garbage. When we did research, google had said that it might’ve been ammonia. The crawfish was no longer safe to eat but they still sold it to us. This could’ve led us to be seriously ill. I highly do not recommend this place.

Walked in to get food drink had a rat turd in it. Or it looked like. Then my friend looked in there drink and something was in there’s also. We got up and walked out didn’t even want the food. Disgusting.

Food was great but service was lacking! Waitress was nice but it would have been better if we were checked on more... And she was in quite the rush to get away from the table after checking on us.

Food and service was good.
But I want to talk about the up charges we received after my wife and I ordered our food and ate it.
According to the menu provided to us, we ordered 1 Pepsi ($2.50), Hush Puppies ($5.00), Soft Shell Crabs ($15.00) and 1lb No Head Shrimp/1 Lobster Tail ($34.00); Total for all ($56.50 + $3.39 = $59.89).
When I received the bill, the prices were different from the menu: 1 Pepsi ($2.58), Hush Puppies ($5.15), Soft Shell Crabs ($15.45) and 1lb No Head Shrimp/1 Lobster Tail ($35.02); Total for all ($58.20 + $3.49 = $61.69).
I got a menu and showed the server, Sosthi, that the charges were incorrect. Her explanation to me was the machine automatically does that for cash and credit. I wasn’t going to argue with her about it. Nowhere on the menu does it state you will be charged more for using a credit card.
Having a credit card machine is a benefit to the merchant, not a punishment to the guest for using a credit card.
I was going to give the server an 18% tip on the correct amount ($56.50 x %18 = $10.00). But since I was punished for using a credit card, I deducted the $1.80 up charge from the tip. My tip was now only 14% for $8.20.
My opinion is, if you’re going to hit me with up charges for using my credit card, it’s your servers that are going to take the hit, not me.

Ordered the shrimp and fried rice. Wasn't expecting the rice to be so hot, but the shrimp were terrible. Extremely dry, no flavor and texture was like paper. I hate to pitch the entire meal. Not to my liking at all. Extremely disappointed in the shrimp.
