If I could leave 0 stars I would. I was so excited to eat at checkers as it has been years since I've had it and I love checker/Rally burgers. Do not eat at this location it has terrible service and terrible food. The cashier "Hena" was on her phone in the back eating while a line of customers waited. We waited 30 min for our food and it tasted stale and I think they put old cheese on my burger I don't know but it was hard not even melted. Don't waste your time or money at this place it's not worth it. I should have read the reviews first.

Oh dear. They had less than half the things I ordered, and there were very large chunks of uncrushed ice in my slushee.

I'm a huge checkers fanatic. It sucks there's not a physical restaurant in Harrisburg (the closest is in York) so I go to this location in the Harrisburg Mall. The Harrisburg Mall sucks, but the food at checkers is amazing. It's the only reason why I come to the Harrisburg Mall. The burgers are average, but the fries are to die for. The milkshakes are also solid. I prefer banana. The reason why this doesn't get 5 stars is because of its location. It's located inside a mall which is harder to access than a drive thru style restaurant. Also, they don't have every menu item here. I want a cheesecake sundae on occasion, but they don't have them at this location.

My only 2 complaints is that the app does NOT give you the option on combo orders to change the sides that come with the original combo. I had to literally order my burger and my fries at two different set prices not cool. Also...if you could hire some people that actually care what the food tastes and looks like would be great too. Because they really dont take their time and do it the right way sometimes and its inconvenient. And P.S. I have already reached out to their customer service.

The chicken is rubbery. They were "out of fries". Only gave me three packets of ketchup. No complaints on the sweet tea. Never again by Kelly Clarkson.

Go anywhere but here . server didn't speak english she threw sodas at us then used same cup that spilled.soda was flat took it back gave us different sodas tasted worse than first ones. One star is generous
