I ordered food through mobile app - mobile line and I spent about 20 minutes just to get the order and I asked the operator why it took long time just to get the food and he just lied he said we have a short staff and so disrespectful!! It’s big SHAME for this company that the employees lies to customers!!!

Came in to get my food and it was taken by someone already and when I asked about it the manager said they can't make it again so I called customer service and they told me someone would follow up with me in 24-48 hours ... They never called
