It's fast food. Not good or bad, just face value. One of the faster restaurants without a dining room, but that's a pro and a con because I personally like eating my food hot. Dining rooms allow me to eat right away year round, drive thrus I have to put it along side me and go home or park and make a mess.

My family loves Chick-fil-A! At this particular location you cannot dine in. There are seats outside, and that's where we sat to eat.
Military discount: while we had ID, OCP's visibly on a hanger in the back seat area of the car with Dress Blues hanging on a hanger also, we could only get the military discount if we were to physically get out the car and put on the uniform!! When we showed ID and pointed to clearly hanging uniforms. But all we got in reply: "You have to be wearing the uniform to get the discount." Like we are any less active duty military by not wearing the uniform as we travel cross country. Disappointing and each franchise makes their own policy, but if you're going to offer the discount and someone can clearly prove they are military; honor the discount and not give people a hard time. And yes, we 100% agree: they don't have to offer it in the first place. We get it. Its a business choice, and that's their choice as well. This isn't about feeling entitled. It's about offering the discount if you say you offer it! Period.

Order from them a lot using Grubhub, generally forget one item that happens to be mine, I don’t generally complain but absolutely infuriating when I spend 100 bucks on an order and literally only want to eat a chicken sandwich,

I went to mobile thru and it was fast and easy service. My only issue was I ordered 2 kids nugget meals and a sandwich. No sauces were put in the bags and there were no straws for the drinks. This was at Jonestown Rd Harrisburg location, I was leaving from an event and stopped there.
I stopped by this Chick-fil-A today, my first time at this specific location. While the food was up to Chick-fil-A's usual standards, there were a couple of minor hiccups with my order - missing spoon and fries. However, Leo (staff member) was incredibly friendly and apologetic, promptly resolving the issue.
This location has no indoor seating so keep that in mind in case you're looking for something out of the elements (rain, cold, heat, wind, etc, etc), instead offering a drive-through and outdoor seating (order at the window/walk-up). A first for me! No wait for a line and easy to find parking too.
Despite the small mistakes, Leo's exceptional customer service made up for it. His warmth and eagerness to ensure my satisfaction left a lasting impression.
Overall, this Chick-fil-A lives up to the chain's reputation for quality food and top-notch service. If you're in the area, don't hesitate to stop by - just be prepared for outdoor seating!
