First off. Our order was wrong. We go up to dispute it and the young brunette with glasses is on their phone. With a snappy attitude, no customer service ethics whatsoever tells us they can’t take the order back because we have no receipt. Guy at the counter didn’t give us a receipt!

Probably one of the worst Chick Filas I've ever been too. Their fries are either hard as a rock or soggy and rarely salted. They try to stuff everything in a small bag they have ripped on me plenty of times! And their food honestly tastes weird. Idk what it is but it doesn't taste how it should. I'm missing items all the time. I've tried to give them numerous chances but it's every visit! Even though this location is less than 2 miles from me. I will happily drive the extra couple miles to Lindle Rd!

I love coming here pretty much every Friday. It's fast and convenient, and their nuggets and fries are my all-time favorite! Not to mention, I love a good Arnold palmer, and so I always get their sunjoy to drink. The ice they use are the little nuggets and so when my drink is gone, I always eat the ice as well. The employees are always cheerful and kind, and that truly makes a difference since a lot of places have horrible customer service nowadays. I will always choose Chick-fil-A over any other fast food place.

The first drive thru only Chick-fil-A in our area. It may be always busy but it is a very fast and efficient operation. The food and service are great just like the other Chick-fil-A I've been too. Every company needs to use their customer service training. They can be having the worst day ever but they will stay thank you by name and tell you it was their pleasure to serve you.Parking: Spaces to pull over but this is a drive thru only location. You can park and walk up to a front window and order that way as well if you don't want to go through the drive thru.
