Never had a negative chick-fil-a experience until this location opened. Went the first time and ordered in the mobile app before I even got to the store. I got to the store and there were 6 employees standing there doing absolutely nothing. Despite this, they left me sitting in line for 10+ minutes, then made me pull around and park and wait another 5-10 minutes for an order the wasn’t even correct. I tried to call the store to report the issue multiple times, nobody answered. I called corporate and got a rep who promised to refund the salad, but she never did. Then against my better judgement, I ordered again through DoorDash and the fries were ROCK hard, items were missing, no sauces or dressings. Again, I tried to call the store and nobody answered. I then had to waste 40+ minutes dealing with DoorDash and Chick-fil-a corporate to get it sorted out, which it never truly was. This location is wildly incompetent and I am so disappointed because when I heard they were opening, I was literally counting down the days. The owner is clearly in over their head here!

It’s a brand new location, people are still training, I get it. BUT waiting in the drive thru for 20+ minutes, for a mobile pick up order is not it. I got there for breakfast at 10:10. One other car in the drive thru. Didn’t pull out until a little after 10:30. By the time I left, there were probably 15 cars now waiting for food. That was my 3rd time through and it was the same every time. 20+ mins in the drive thru. Missing salad dressings, salsas, condiments etc. I’ll keep trying as I know they’re ironing out wrinkles but goodness. It’s a lot of time to waste sitting there.

I do understand how a drive thru that is not pack and you order a mobile order and go through the mobile side and 8 cars that are going up and ordering with the cashier passes you in a line. Twice I went there and made the mistake of doing a mobile orde and end up sitting twenty minutes in a line with only six cars ahead of me. There will not be a third time.I will not return to this location.

Terribly slow, be prepared for a 15 minute wait when there’s 2 cars in the drive thru. Scanned for a mobile order pickup, got told to park in a parking spot only for 10 minutes later, them tell me they didn’t have any mobile orders! This order was solely reward items from food they messed up the day prior too.

Well this will be my first and last experience at this location. Waiting over 15 mins with 3 cars in the drive thru lane at 7:15AM is just stupid. SO SLOW!

All the critical reviews so far are not fair. This Chick fil A just opened! The trainers are working hard at training new employees. Everyone is so joyful and they look like they are truly having a great time. I have been here a few times and noticed an improvement already as they learn how to serve customers. And, as always, the food is so good!

Took my order waited 20 minutes in line got up to the window told me to pull forward they were giving people four cars behind me chicken sandwiches then I told him I wanted to refund they said they could not give me a refund

Love Chick Fil A, going to keep coming back to any location I see! New store! Gotta support these hard working people and their business, lots of beautiful smiles and greets. Great service too. This location is nice, seating is spaced out so it feels cozy like you’re at home. Everything here is beautiful.
