Great Food, But Completely Ruined by Solicitation

The meal itself was great, and the service up to that point was exactly what I expected. The dishes were well-prepared and enjoyable — no complaints at all on the food.

However, the experience took a nosedive when a man came around the dining room trying to sell roses to customers. I was honestly shocked that the staff allowed this. It felt intrusive, uncomfortable, and completely out of place in a sit-down restaurant.

I expect this kind of solicitation on the streets of Times Square — not while I’m sitting at a table trying to enjoy my dinner. It’s disappointing and honestly unacceptable for management to permit something that clearly disrupts diners and makes the environment feel less safe and relaxed.

What could have been a great visit ended on a sour note because of this. I hope the restaurant reconsiders allowing any kind of solicitation inside the dining area, because it absolutely diminishes the overall experience.

Wass very good! Went here after family morning at Hershey Park chocolate world, then the park so this was a great place to get hot food afterwards with the family ❤️

Wow every time we go they forget about us and have to reorder the food literally everytime Smh never will go back again we were there tonight 2 hours waiting comes to are table and says the wifi was not working and are food was not placed yea ok but in the mean time the table of 8 behind us comes in after us and they get there food smh.

My husband and I both went in for dinner on Veterans Day, as we are both Veterans. We greatly appreciate that Chili’s does participate in Veterans Day and we enjoy going there a few times a year for their menu options. This particular Chili’s has never offered us great service, perhaps they are under staffed or just not properly trained, but this visit was by far, the worst visit we have ever had. We were seated in the bar area in a booth. My husband sent a text when we sat, so I know what time that was and eight minutes later, we had not even been greeted. I went to go ask the hostess for a server and I was told she would be over. (It was not busy and several people walked by us without saying a word) Lily finally came over and we gave her our drink and food order as we were ready. A little while later, my food came out by a food runner, but nothing else with no mention of my husband’s food. Again, we waited. Lily walks over to ask us how everything is, completely oblivious to the fact an entire meal is missing from a table of two. No apologies, no urgency to go see what happened, no care in the world. We asked her if she could go check on the meal. She did and came back with it. Meanwhile, the table behind us commented on how they had asked for a shot prior to her taking our order and still had not gotten it. They asked her again for the shot and she had to ask them what it was, again. We got our check and there was an issue with it, which another server was kind enough to assist us with, because Lily had clearly checked out, not that she was ever fully checked in. My husband and I typically tip between 20% to 25 %, but not on this visit and we honestly may not return to that location. When I told people at work about it, they said they do not go to that location, as it is the worst one they have been to in their travels around the country due to the horrible service.

I went after work for a drink. I went to the bar to and wasn't sure if I wanted to eat. The bartender was very polite and patient with me.

I ordered the drink special for Halloween... witches brew. Wasn't a fan of it but had 2 anyways.

I decided to order some food. Had the smash burger and fries. The hottest fries I ever had and same with the burger.

I enjoyed my meal. I will definitely go back!!
