quick service and good food, nashville mozz was mid but otherwise pretty good

Server where very nice and polite and we had zero issues with them but the food was worse than what the toilets gonna get afterwards, gf didn't want to finish her plate and threw up after we left, even the servers were disappointed in who our food was prepared.
Almost all our food was undercooked and cold and don't think we should've paid what we paid for that.

Honestly, wouldn’t recommend. They were steady, but not busy when we went there for lunch. Sat right away, but took about 10 mins for the server to greet us. We were ready to order our meals, but he bolted after he got our appetizer. A food runner im guessing brought our drinks and chips. Another 10 mins he came back, took our order. After another 30 mins the manger brings our meals, but we never got the appetizer. Just had it taken off the bill, it’s fine. My husband picks his burger up, it’s burnt on the outside, raw in the middle, and pouring out grease. Never seen anything like it. I go to pay on the ziosk and notice sauce all over the wall of the table we were sat at. Slow service, bad food, and dirty.

After an extended valentines weekend away. On our way home we decided to stop at chili’s. Well pretty sure we will not be back. The chicken sandwich was more breading than chicken. The burger tasted like grease and pockets of salt. The chips and salsa was greasy and stale. The molten lava cake over done and guess what no lava 🤔. Best thing was the Texas fries but they don’t give you plates to share the appetizer. Asked for BBQ that never showed up. Loaded Mac and cheese came out not loaded. They took it back and through some bacon and cheese on it and brought it back out. Pasta was over done and extremely bland. The bacon didn’t even help it and bacon makes everything better 🤦‍♂️. Zero 0️⃣ ⭐️

Waited an hour and half for our food...asked the bartender where the food is and was then confronted with a harsh attitude asking how much I had to drink and that I could go sit and wait or she was calling the cops. I had a beer..the beer she served me. Chilli's needs to get rid of

Food is good, the server in the back asked what my name for the order was but the app did not show it anywhere so i said i would get my phone charger at home and come back, well my phone still had some charge so i went back in and over heard her telling coworkers how some guy was trying to steal an order like i was some type of bum…. Oh well.

As a Trucker, I'm usually in the area on a weekly basis regarding my schedule but on this day;(01/02/25) I've had the worst experience ever @ Chillis 🌶 due to the Extremely poor customer service that I received at this particular location where I waited for (17 minutes) just to place a 'Dine in'-order & I was ignored by 3 waitresses & the store manager during my visit;

I dnt know why my ice cream came in the same size container my sauces did. Please change that

I hate to complain because mistakes happen but this was the absolute worst service of my life. Food went to the wrong table, server didn't check on us once, waited 30 mins for a box and still didn't get it. The server was completely clueless and the manager just hides in the back....

Ordered takeout fajitas online. The order was as expected and timely prepared. The food was tasty. No issues!

Waiter we thought would be attentive, was not. We watched him cater to others. My son and I were disappointed. He was excited as he chose the restaurant, we also had to ask for items that came with his meal.

Chilli's is my favorite place! The food is amazing and the staff are very attentive. I'm there so often they recognize me now! But it really is a great place to spend some time.
