Every time I come here they are out of something or multiple things. This time they didn’t have any black beans or fajitas. Very small meat portions. I don’t think I’ve ever seen fajitas at this location. I don’t understand how they can just choose not to make food that is offered on the menu. Oh and stale chips wooo!

Went there today today pick up an order I had made through the app for my boyfriend’s lunch. I was on a time crunch and went in to pick it up. They employees at the takeout area asked for my name and stated that they didn’t have an order under my name. They had me pull up my order through my app and I had accidentally ordered it to the chipotle one exit down on Jonestown road. They quickly asked their manager if they could make my order for me instead just saying it was my own mistake (which it was) . They rushed the order for me and I made it to where I needed to be on time.Super hard working and courteous staff. ???

Neeto Burrito isn't open as late, but the food is better and cheaper. If you come later in the evening, 50-50 on whether the agents will even greet you (and you WILL be after any and all DoorDash, UberEats and GrubHub orders, because they want to go home and clock out). I was really hopeful, too. After 2-3 minutes of not being greeted while having someone literally on the other side of the counter, I decided to walk out. Chipotle, as a whole, just lost a regular customer. Train your damned employees. 1 lifetime customer is thousands of dollars. 1 pissed off customer showing people how to make your burritos from home is a whole lot more. IJS

the food was great and everything was fine until we got about halfway through the queso and found a hair. meaning it probably wasn’t the only one and was mixed down into the queso. granted i got the biggest burrito i have ever got from chipotle and the staff was perfectly friendly, im sure it was just a mistake, still pretty gross nonetheless.
