pickup order was just rice and beans missing most ingredients. tried to resolve in chat the bit said it can't do anything resolved. tried to call store and the automated phone thing just kept looping back to trying to get me to place an order. since they like bots and won't let you talk to anyone I do not recommend them they keep your .oney and give you no way to resolve issues.
Won’t go back!! Typically I love chipotle, but after today I won’t go back. The place was a MESS. All of the food was mixed together slopped into the food next to it. Half of the ingredients were empty and missing. Food was cold. And the staff acted like we were bothering them.
