Chipotle Mexican Grill

This is regarding a visit on Sunday, July 27 at 1800. All I had ordered was a large guacamole and a side of chips, to go. I ordered through the app about 10 minutes before arriving. I then waited another 20 minutes for this extremely simple order. While inside, the staff were absolutely blasting offensive rap music on the store speakers. They would randomly turn the volume knob to max for a second and back down and laugh at customers’ reactions. Manager on duty thought it was funny and did not correct them at all. When I finally got my order, my guac container wasn’t even full. This staff needs a serious correction before you lose even more customers than you have with the constant price increases and ever shrinking portions and bowl sizes

The food is probably the worst at this location. Every time I go, their chicken is always cooked burnt/charred and too dry. I have to pick it out. It’s overly salted too. The staff that makes my burrito bowl always rushes me where I forget to add one thing to my bowl after they close the lid. The station is very messy and I see sauce or cheese in the sour cream. Management seems to be lacking here because it shows through the lack of quality control and sloppiness. I’ve complained about my recent visit on their survey and I haven’t heard back from anyone. It’s very disappointing.

The guy with the nose ring and black hair who just served me a burrito is a great guy. I was talking to him and he was telling me about the food. 10/10 favorite employee out of all chipotles.

The food tasted good, but I don't think it was good. Definitely became very ill 30 to 45 minutes after eating half of a bowl here. Use caution when consuming meat here; as it may not be cooked to the proper temperature.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. The manager was disrespectful, over charged our meal, and we were given inadequate food portions. The manager would not give me a refund. This is by far the worst customer service I've ever had. Would not recommend supporting this franchise. Highly dissatisfied.

They give you the biggest portions! I typically come in with a group that numbers 40 or more and this Chipotle staff never flinches. Gets our group through in about 20 minutes.

Honestly, this was the worst Chipotle of my life. They were out of almost everything, and the service was terrible. The guy working there was completely uninterested and looked like he was forced to do work, lol. The sitting area was dirty and looked like nobody ever tried to clean the tables. Terrible experience !

Not sure what happened to Chipotle. Was out of several items (chicken and sour cream), the mild salsa looked pink and white not the normal bright red color. Bought a drink but had to remind the cashier to provide a cup.
