Food is ok but this location and the manager is not ADA friendly at all. The attitude is ridiculous and unwarranted. Have never been treated like that at a Chipotle. Usually have had friendly encounters with the staff there. But the managers attitude leaves a lot to be desired in a person.

Not impressed at all by the way this store is run. To start no enthusiasm at all from staff. They lack items like salad dressing for items, but don’t share that with you when you order a salad. To close it off, they put your food together with no care. I’m fine paying prices for quality food or additional money for sides. At least though put my food tougher with some love knowing I need it to somewhat stay together to eat without a spoon. I ordered tacos and they were a mess. The worker through it together; first not caring that there was a ton of extra rice thrown around, second when they were wrapped they were put together like it didn’t matter once I left the store. Chipotle needs to hold to their corporate standards on everything, not just charging customers for sides.

No matter where I order the food from whether its Drive thru pickup, delivery thru chipotle or delivery thru uber eats, you guys never put GUACAMOLE in my order. Just the pieces of AVOCADO! Last 5 of my orders I ordered burrito and bowl and sides and everytime same thing. Get me my refund from the complaint I sent from the app

I had to ask for more protein 3 times before I got a normal portion, but now I am charged more because it's "extra protien". Hardly any rice or beans then they loaded the cheese higher than anything else

The people here are EXTREMELY rude. The girl with braids and purple in her hair especially. I have never met someone that rude and disrespectful. They where talking about me to each other like I couldn’t hear.

Will not be going back to this location, been going there for years ,I always have ice water with my super rude woman behind the counter said I couldn't have a cup for water ,no more going to this location ,going to a place that takes care of there customers. Been at this location several times ran out of different items is a sign of week management

I was charged double meat for what at any other store would've been half and half. The manager here also has a poor attitude and it is clear the employees are afraid of her. I'd highly recommend altering the way you run your business. This burrito totaled 18$.

Ordered burrito w/ brisket, and got it with no meat.

I got the new brisket bowl! The menu said this item is only available for a limited time, but it should stay on the menu! I had to wait because the brisket was being cooked as it had sold out. But as most food at Chipotle it was hot and all add ons were fresh. That is one of the things I like about Chipotle their food is usually fresh! I always get the burrito bowls. In spite of the fact that I had to wait for the brisket to be cooked, it was not a long wait! Service was courteous and efficient. They are a little pricey and never offer any deals or coupons! But the food is great! Give them a try!

Ordered the Vegetarian option Salad. I've eaten at other Chipotle's before & have always been happy with their food. I got my Order to go. When I got home & put ½ of the Salad in a bowl. The first couple of bites seemed mildly spicy. As I ate a few more forkfuls of the Salad, I had to stop eating it because it became excessively spicy. I've ordered many Salads like this at the Mechanicsburg, Camp Hill & State College Chipotle's and they were good....not spicy at all. I'm guessing that whoever prepped & cooked the food, before it was put out on the line for customer's to eat, chose not to follow Chipotle's recipe & added more cayenne pepper. I wish that I had stayed to eat my food at Chipotle's because I would have immediately complained about what was served to me & the excessive heat/spiciness. The extra cayenne made my Salad inedible. I don't think I'll be going back to this Chipotle location again.
