Chipotle Mexican Grill

Although their food is good, it took a whole hour to get my food through the Chipolt-Lane. I placed my order to pickup at 5:10 and did not get it to 6:10. It should not take that long to get the order it was very annoying.

$80+ for food… willing to pay, if I am getting what I paid for. We typically do not order here because it’s never accurate. Today was a new level. Every item with steak in it was disgusting, hard/old/burnt. Not edible. 2 bowls made completely inaccurate - no cheese, salsa or sour cream but added lettuce on one for example. Burrito that was ordered was the most basic item with half steak and half chicken, but no chicken in the burrito. The build your own kids meal - not edible due to the steak being hard/burnt/old. Young man at the window was kind. Which is why I give a 2 for service - but their power was out, how long? No idea. But that’s also concerning.
Very unlikely to order here again after today’s experience.

I ordered a bowl . Told them half steak and half chicken. They charged for double meat and charged 4.00 extra but it was less than the normal amount at any Chipotle I've ever visited. This is giving them a bad name cause most of the reviews are about portion size. I won't ever return and ill be sure to alert everyone about it.

Small portions, rude staff and the cashiers try to take your chipotle rewards points and when you call them out on it they give you attitude.

I hope you don’t plan on walking in these doors two minutes before they open. You’ll have 90% of the staff yell at you that they’re not open and upon asking what time they open get yelled at again to read the sign on the door. I’m guessing they didn’t want me to walk back in within those two minutes because someone locked the door behind me. Needless to say I left and will not be going back.

The woman on the line was very rude. I was getting small portions so I asked for more of what was free and she was hostile about it. I hope she has a better day, but it was uncalled for.

Food is ok but this location and the manager is not ADA friendly at all. The attitude is ridiculous and unwarranted. Have never been treated like that at a Chipotle. Usually have had friendly encounters with the staff there. But the managers attitude leaves a lot to be desired in a person.

The worst ignorant ppl that work there. The older Spanish guy always got something slick to say the one Spanish bigger

Not impressed at all by the way this store is run. To start no enthusiasm at all from staff. They lack items like salad dressing for items, but don’t share that with you when you order a salad. To close it off, they put your food together with no care. I’m fine paying prices for quality food or additional money for sides. At least though put my food tougher with some love knowing I need it to somewhat stay together to eat without a spoon. I ordered tacos and they were a mess. The worker through it together; first not caring that there was a ton of extra rice thrown around, second when they were wrapped they were put together like it didn’t matter once I left the store. Chipotle needs to hold to their corporate standards on everything, not just charging customers for sides.

No matter where I order the food from whether its Drive thru pickup, delivery thru chipotle or delivery thru uber eats, you guys never put GUACAMOLE in my order. Just the pieces of AVOCADO! Last 5 of my orders I ordered burrito and bowl and sides and everytime same thing. Get me my refund from the complaint I sent from the app
