I went there and I didn’t like the ice cream and I ask them to remake it and I tossed it

They ran out of peanut butter ice cream & the last 2/3 scoops were dropped on the floor vs used, along with my milkshake being knocked over the counter towards me, by the employee, as they were handing it to me, only to get an attitude about not feeling like they should have to remake it, even they dumped a 1/4 of it. My husband did not end up getting anything & I only got 3/4 of the shake I paid for, with a side of attitude from the female, blonde employee working.
Will think 2x before going back.

Me and my kid went and the lines were long but worth the wait! The ice cream was good but the ick about the place is my kids ice cream was melted when we got it and she was crying and it spilled on her, the staff didn’t even over a napkin!

My girlfriend and I were just there. We waited over a half hour to get our ice cream. There wasn't even much of a line. The first girl started making mine and the next girl asked my girlfriend what she wanted. She then said "Oh wait, your with him? I'm going to take the next person's in lines order". Very rude and slow service. As we were leaving the staff turned off the open sign. It was still 16 minutes until they closed. Part of having business hours is provide that service with professionalism and integrity until closing time.

Stopped by ColdStone creamery at 8pm on a whim and was amazed by the long line out the door. But the staff were quick and efficient, making my experience so enjoyable. Made my own ice cream creation and it was absolutely delicious. Definitely not waiting years to go back again!
