RUDE front end staff, management staff walking around looking at merchandising never look up, great a customer or even make eye contact. Sharon on the front end is ONE OF THE RUDEST FRONT END STAFF. If she hates dealing with the front end, then maybe she should work somewhere where she doesn’t have to deal with customers. Sam’s in Mechanicsburg is so much more friendlier

I love this store the only problem I had today was trying to buy a strawberry sundae by using the automatic kiosk check out at the food court. every time I put the card in it would say wait for attendant. eventually I got a hold of an attendant it was working behind the counter and she says I'll get somebody to help you. meanwhile they must have served 15 other people who went up and paid cash I waited 5 minutes and nobody came so I left. that's very disappointing

I love costco products & prices. Unfortunately, Harrisburg Costco employees have had significantly diminishing customer service over the past year. I actually witnessed a customer service employee being rude and impatient with a confused elderly customer today. Sadly, I wasn't shocked, as this has become norm for this location.
