Came for dinner and had a great time. Our server was great and very friendly. The drinks were strong. The voodoo punch was delicious. The food was so good. No complaints. The owner was there and recommended the gator nuggets to us. First time ever trying them and it was delicious i’ll definitely be back for those again. The entrees were great and came out fast. I had a wonderful experience here. My entire group enjoyed the food and service. I’ve been here in the past but there was definitely some changes to the menu and overall vibes all for the better. I’ll be going back for sure there was so much more i wanted to try.

The waitress Valerie was amazing, she went above and beyond to accommodate me and our friends. Valerie was very helpful in answering our questions and giving suggestions in reference to the menu.

She continued to Check on us, making sure our glasses were never empty. Her friendliness her attentiveness and customer service skills were on point, that really made us all feel comfortable which are most important to me beside the food be delicious😊

I had the fried catfish, with collard greens, potato salad, cornbread, roasted potatoes, fried shrimp, crab cake platter for two. Everything was delicious.

My friend had the Red Snapper, Potato Salad, greens, and cornbread and his wife had Fried Shrimp, Macaroni & Cheese and Potato salad.

We all enjoyed our meals.

We will definitely be back to dine at crawdaddys and when we do I will be ordering the Red Snapper. My friend loved it but I have to try it for myself.

This was the worst experience I ever had at a restaurant of its caliber. It took to long for service. The food was not seasoned. The manger was not accommodating at all. We spent over 300.00. We will never visit this restaurant again!

We stop in every so often, my husband we travel for work doing reviews of places,events and restaurants (wildpreciousnow on ig)I had the chicken wings,mac and greens.My husband had the penne pasta. We weren’t aware of the new staff and ownership.My chicken wings were perfect! Greens were a little salty and the Mac could use plenty of work and milk.My husband on other hands creole pasta was a bowl of salt and spice.Burnt protein.The worst sauce. When the waiter saw we didn’t finish our sides or plates, no questions were asked.As far as drinks..we will go elsewhere.whoever the bartender needs work with consistency and speed.When I asked about other bars in the area the lady gave me an attitude. Overall 6/10.Chicken was great and the music was good! They always have a good game on!

This was the worst meal I’ve ever had in my life. I read the reviews before coming here, so I shouldn’t have been surprised, but I wanted to give the restaurant the benefit of the doubt. My fiancé and I were in Hershey, PA for our engagement photos and decided to have brunch here the next day.

We arrived around noon and immediately noticed we were the only ones there — that should have been our first clue. As soon as we walked in, we were hit with a strong smell of weed. A few minutes later, the waiter/bartender/host came over, clearly high, to seat us. I almost walked out right then, but again, I wanted to give the place a chance.

I ordered an Arnold Palmer and a cranberry juice, and my fiancé ordered the Georgia Peach Sweet Tea (which they didn’t have). She ended up getting the lemonade. All three drinks taste watered down— something I’d also read about in other reviews. I’m not sure why everything was so watered down.

For food, I ordered the shrimp and grits, and she ordered the fish and grits. My shrimp and grits were a -10/10 — easily the worst meal I’ve ever had for a brunch. It came with only two shrimp and a tomato-based sauce that was supposed to be Creole but tasted disgusting! My fiancé’s fish was surprisingly cooked perfectly, but otherwise her dish had the same unappetizing sauce poured all over it.

After just a few bites, we pushed our plates aside and asked for the check. We did take her fish to go since it was the only redeeming part of the meal. It took about 40 minutes for our food to come out, and during that entire time, not a single other person came in to eat — which says a lot.

I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. The service was unprofessional, the drinks were terrible, and the food was damn near inedible.

We celebrated our anniversary at The New Crawdaddy’s and it couldn’t have been better! Everything we order was absolutely delicious, I had the steak, baked mac and cheese, and red potatoes, and my husband had the fried red snapper, baked mac and cheese, and red potatoes. We also tried the gator nuggets and catfish nuggets as appetizers, and honestly, they were best we’ve ever had!
Our server Val was beyond amazing, super attentive, friendly, and made us feel right at home. She even played music for us when she found out it was our anniversary, which was such a sweet touch! The owner, Andre, stopped by our table to chat, and he was just as warm and welcoming!
We have been been coming here for years, and the new management is doing a fantastic job. The food, the service, the atmosphere are all top notch! We left full and happy and already planning our next trip back!

Had an amazing time here as always. Knew the previous owners, and had the same warmness and comfortability as before. Everyone felt like family and the food was great! Really had a good time with Val and Andre. Excited to go back!

As an islander, I 100% approve of the fried red snapper! Had to take one home for my mom. It didn’t make it through the night!

I’m not sure if they are under new management or hired new cooks, but I was not pleased. We paid 100.00 for takeout and the food was horrible. Chicken wings were huge, had no seasoning and not crispy. Collard greens were over cooked and mushy. The noodles in Mac and cheese were swimming in cheese. I had about 6 huge noodles (not regular size elbow) and a container full of cheese. The sweet potatoes taste old. Overall I was not satisfied.

I had server named Dez last week, and they provided excellent service. I came in from OT, and they took great care of me. The food was good and the drink was okay. I'll definitely be back again!

We won't be back. Using the 'under new management' excuse is getting old. They had since (I think it was July) to work out the kinks, if you haven't fixed things by now then it's on the new owner. And why is staff blaming each other for the issues, it's just sad they seem miserable.
This place use to be a place to gather, enjoy good food and drinks. How disappointing that good reviews are left by family members (our server confirmed that). The owner, wouldn't even look in our direction so I know previous reviews saying he was 'so great' aren't true.
Our meals, horrible.
Drinks, were very watered down. There was only one other couple in there and they were disappointed as well. I'd give 0 if I could.
