Da Slap Box is a soul food haven that impresses with its unique offerings. It's one of the few places in Hbg that serves greens, and they do it well. The chicken dinner with green beans and seafood salad is a must-try, with perfectly seasoned and crispy chicken. The yams are cooked to perfection, just like grandma's, and the fish is never too salty. The pork chops, Mac and cheese, and candied yams and cabbage are also so good! Everything was perfect and seasoned like big mama’s kitchen, with amazing portions. The food is hot, fresh, and very flavorful. It’s a vibe for sure. With good service and delicious food, Da Slap Box is a spot worth revisiting for more.
