Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

This is the worse Dairy Queen. The staffs attitudes are very unpleasant and unwelcoming. I ordered a vanilla cone with sprinkles & I could count how many sprinkles were on there and when I asked for a little more she sucked her teeth spoke a different language, other than English, to the other employee the employee giggled and gave a little more sprinkles. I was highly dissatisfied and disappointed the previous owners made the visit an experience these new people don’t care. I will never return!

Got 2 blizzards and a malt today. Waited ten minutes in store after estimated pick up time. When handed the blizzards and malt, they were gooey and melted, despite the team saying they had just made them. Malt gas weird specs on lid but that could be me nitpicking. Not to mention they never turned the blizzard upside down like they are taught to and how I have seen at over 20+ locations I have been to over the years. Take a look at the pictures. Does this seem like a fresh blizzard to you? No, it looks like it’s been sitting out. Either the machine is broken or the employees are lazy. Please hire better people if it’s the latter.

I had Dairy Queen’s food before and it is good and the good thing I really do like is that the food is always hot when you get it not cold or warm like some of these other fast food places it be hot the way I like it where you got to blow it off.. I really do recommend people to go here and try their food and I got a cheeseburger meal and that came with fries a drink and ice cream all for $7 you can’t get that nowhere else for that price and what you get for that price is a deal.

Awful. Rude staff to me and my softball team, our chocolate shake and blizzards all had a spoiled taste. We were forced to throw away what we ordered because of the sour taste. DO NOT go to this DQ for good ice cream.

Ordered a hot fudge brownie sundae. There was no hot fudge at all. Just vanilla ice cream with brownie. At the drive thru, they had me waiting there for a while, ice cream was melted and sloppy when I received it, the price is affordable, that's about it. I won't be spending my money here.

My wife is a manager at Hardee's Middletown. I have never experienced the below customer service level, it was a 102 degree day and the ice machine for the dining area was without ice. I watched a Door Dash driver wait 10 minutes for her order, as I was waiting for my order to be taken. The employees there need serious reprogramming. The guy in the kitchen stayed on his phone via hands free, and held a conversation in his language while veering at myself, and the Door Dash lady. The workers just went about their day as if they were being inconvenienced. I never received my receipt. ETC. Please fix this.

Stopped there to get lunch for my wife. They kept my debit card and gave me my food. By the time I realized and went back to get my card, they had used it to buy themselves lunch, then wrapped my original receipt around my card.... That's some low shit to steal from the customers. Canceled the card bc they obviously can't be trusted. And despite the money the spent.

Go literally anywhere else to eat

BEWARE OF THEFT. Recently went here and they did not hand my card back. Not thinking about it was my mistake. Went and got my card,.. now a few days later I have an additional pending purchase that was not mine! Cash or nothing here since they have no morals.

I used to buy milkshakes here and they were good.
Now the last couple of times I bought a milkshake they were ice cream in a cup they're not even milkshakes anymore. It's ice cream in a cup they give you, because I can't even drink it thru a straw I have to literally use a spoon to eat it.

Yesterday April 23rd. I purchased a fish sandwich combo with a Strawberry milkshake and my total was $23.05! The cashier didn't even give me a reciept when asked. His reply was its not working. What the hell is going on down there???? I tried calling the store to speak with a manager to no avail!
