Stopped there to get lunch for my wife. They kept my debit card and gave me my food. By the time I realized and went back to get my card, they had used it to buy themselves lunch, then wrapped my original receipt around my card.... That's some low shit to steal from the customers. Canceled the card bc they obviously can't be trusted. And despite the money the spent.

Go literally anywhere else to eat

BEWARE OF THEFT. Recently went here and they did not hand my card back. Not thinking about it was my mistake. Went and got my card,.. now a few days later I have an additional pending purchase that was not mine! Cash or nothing here since they have no morals.

I used to buy milkshakes here and they were good.
Now the last couple of times I bought a milkshake they were ice cream in a cup they're not even milkshakes anymore. It's ice cream in a cup they give you, because I can't even drink it thru a straw I have to literally use a spoon to eat it.

Yesterday April 23rd. I purchased a fish sandwich combo with a Strawberry milkshake and my total was $23.05! The cashier didn't even give me a reciept when asked. His reply was its not working. What the hell is going on down there???? I tried calling the store to speak with a manager to no avail!

They donnot know how to make a ice cream cone I have tried multiple times giving them the benefit of dought.. They need training

Both shakes my wife and I got was horrible. They both were watery.

I have had so many problems each time I go here. The latest issue was getting a chocolate blizzard that was vanilla. I didn't think to look before driving away, I ordered one item and it was the choco brownie extreme blizzard. A mile down the road, before getting on the highway I see it's vanilla. No brown whatsoever.

It's kind of like disorganized chaos. But being the only chill and grill in the area, you tend to tolerate it.

They gave me a wrong order after I said chocolate chip they gave me oreos tried to fix it and they didn't fix it

This place is the worst dairy Queen! Their hot dogs tastes like hard rubber. The sodas taste old like the machine was never cleaned and probably wasn't. Everything else is so greasy and the buns for any of the sandwiches are so greasy with butter. everything is always so sloppy.I don't think I've had an order from them that was not screwed up. thank goodness I've had some dashers that paid attention and got the right order. I've had to reorder from here several times. By the time it gets to my house I have to get a refund because they either screwed it up or forgot something. Obviously no one there is capable.

After finding a short curly hair in my mouth from eating a blizzard from the Enola Dairy Queen, this place is definitely a 5 star. We only come for blizzards and ice cream through the drive thru, but I haven't had any hairs in my ice cream so far. They also give us the free pup cup for my dog.

They really should be a little bit nicer and have more compassion during the holiday season. The new owners are rude to say the least.
