A hidden gem in the City of Harrisburg. Excellent service and food. Highly recommend the crab dip appetizer. It's out of this world and you'll be fighting over who gets the last bite. We have been here on several occasions. Also the Tangler Burger and fries are awesome. Our most recent visit was for Easter Dinner. Our family plans changed on the Friday before Easter and the staff at Dodge City was more than accommodating with getting us a reservation spot on their already busy schedule. Thanks so much! So, if you are traveling or a resident in Harrisburg... check out this hidden restaurant on Paxton Street. The food and service are excellent and the prices are reasonable.Parking: Parking lot with plenty of spaces.

Our family eats out every Easter and we wanted to try somewhere different. Dodge City is known as a Harrisburg staple, so I made the reservation. All 5 of us LOVED every bit of our meals. The dinner rolls were fresh and soft as pillows. Our steaks were cooked to perfection and melted in our mouths. The side dishes and deserts were boasting with flavor. Our waitress, Alaina, was attentive, professional, and kind, as was the hostess. Chef Doug came out from the kitchen to personally check on each table. This isn’t something that happens many places and it was refreshing to get this level of care and hospitality. We will absolutely return. Thank you, Dodge City!

We didn't get the chance to try their food. We were planning to eat there before attending an event nearby, however, we were unaware of their reservation only policy. The place was far from full, yet no attempt was made to seat us and even worse, the woman there was extremely rude. They don't serve food at the bar area like EVERY other restaurant in the area does. Robert Irvine may have saved the food, but someone needs to show that woman how to treat a potential customer. I will never go there now.
I don't know what I expected, but it surpassed anything I imagined. Everything was fantastic.

Great place for lunch or dinner! We arrived just before 3pm, so Alaina gave us the option to order lunch or dinner. She was super sweet and friendly. And the food was DELICIOUS! The owner / manager even stopped by our table to chat. Highly recommend!!!

Disappointed in the food! We ordered there “homemade” chips with cheese sauce, I swear they were Herr’s chips! Horrible and with barely any cheese, which was cold! I wanted to send back but my husband was starving by then cause it took that about 45 minutes to get!!!! The literally took over another hour and 15 minutes for us to finally get our food, to only be cool. You could tell it sat in the kitchen. It was not busy, there were plenty of empty tables the whole time we were there. We both ordered med rare steaks which I do have to say were cooked great! I think Robert Irvine would be disappointed as well!!!!
