This little pub is quite a nice surprise to all the other hotel pubs I've been too.. from the nicest staff and friendly atmosphere this place has such good food and the best homemade cocktails, specially my favorite the pineapple ice cold martini!

The breakfast was way much better than my dinner choices. I would NOT recommend the queso fundido! Not like any queso I've ever had before. ?? The steak quesadilla taste like they was made from Steakums meat. Not the best choice either. My coworker had the chicken Ceasar salad and she said the chicken was very dry. Next time I'll just go to the Chili's right beside the hotel and the Friendly's for breakfast.
Staying at the hotel for 1 night. Didn't want to venture out to any of the fast food places near by. I.e. Chili's , 5 guys, Friendly's. Walked into the bar close to 5 pm. Greeted warmly by bartender Kevin. Decided to sit at the bar. Couldn't wait to have an ice cold Yuengling!! Oh it was delicious!! After a nice conversation with Kevin... I asked him what he liked. He gave me many suggestions on the menu. I decided on the chicken fingers. And a house salad. My food arrived and the house salad was huge. Everything fresh and crispy. The chicken fingers were very good. Big strips of chicken breast meat. Breaded perfectly. With honey mustard. All washed down with another Yuengling!! Really great service and a nice cozy place. No need to go anywhere else!!

Stopped early evening Sunday after a downtown Harrisburg theater show and was sorely disappointed. My friend and I each had a chicken sandwich and both the chicken and the bread were drier than a sandstorm in the Sahara Desert at high noon. A side-order of dinner rolls was more brick-like than bread-like. Even after the chef comped one sandwich, the bill with tax and tip for one sandwich, one soup and one coffee was $35. Yikes! The staff was lovely, though.
