There is a new young man working the drive through, he's taller and dark skinned with glasses. The kid has excellent manners and is extremely polite. It really sticks out because I believe he is a new hire and I'd like the store to know he's doing excellent!

I went there with my coworker after coming back from Virginia. They don’t have a walk-in lobby or a public bathroom. That’s why I put one star for atmosphere,my coworker got a cookie butter latte and it looked really good so I got that too; I also got the loaded, hash potato discs, the latte is really sweet and sugary if you like that kind of stuff, and the hashbrowns were pretty salty and tasted like they sat in the bin for a little while, but still crispy sounds good! The young lady at the cash register was very nice and called “love”, she was smart enough to put a good amount of napkins in my bag and a straw!

Two extremely unfriendly women work here — one older, one younger — who clearly have no idea what customer service means. They roll their eyes, act rude, and make it obvious they don’t want to help. Absolutely unpleasant experience at this location. Do yourself a favor and skip this place — drive on to the next Dunkin’ Donuts.
Basically asked for the simplest order a everything bagel toasted dark with extra bacon, lady in drive thru 2 put cream cheese on the screen had to correct her… tell me how they give me a plain bagel with 2 strips of bacon… my mother goes up to the pick up window to fix it and the guy before putting it in the bag says just to make sure you didn’t want cheese on it right…. Never will go there again… people just don’t wanna work these days so these are the people you get.
