I used the drive thru, so no "atmosphere ". The guy that gave me my order was polite. Another gentleman (seemed to be manager) made a point to thank me, and he wasn't really involved with the transaction.

Go here often cause I work close by. Usually my drinks are made very well. But this evening it was absolutely DISGUSTING. If I didn't have to go to work I would have went back! I don't understand what people be doing in there!? It's a recipe you follow how can someone mess a drink up so bad it has no Carmel flavor at all!! Do better drink maker!

Not sure om the food here , but I've came here in the evenings twice so far and the iced coffees have been DIVINE . Honestly one of the best locations I've been too in harrisburg. Keep up the great work guys !

I always order ahead from Dunkin’ except this time I decided to try the drive through…and I quickly learned my lesson on why I should never do that again. You shouldn’t have a 2 lane drive through if you can’t figure out how to charge customers for the right orders. Charged me for the person behind me’s order, then didn’t honor the offer from my Dunkin app that would have been applied if they had properly scanned my own order. 3 employees had to huddle and “do the math” to figure out what I supposedly still owed (which had they scanned my app, they would have actually owed me money back), and it was still wrong but I didn’t have time to argue. Will not be stopping at this location ever again - made for a sour start to my day instead of a treat. Not every company can be Chick-Fil-A - maybe stick to one lane if you can’t handle two & you’ll stop losing customers. Food itself is fine - but being overcharged left a bad taste in my mouth.

Can’t talk about atmosphere since you can’t go in it’s only a drive-through for a reason these employees are low-key malicious. They know they’re wrong I ordered avocado on toast, first its packaged backwards so all of my avocado is on cardboard and then when I go and get a new one returning the old food that they asked for which part of the FDA they’re not supposed to accept. I’m mad I called which I never do or should have done because my fear was that they will play with my food I got brown avocado, a sliver of avocado at that Like it’s just crazy. I think it’s a Pennsylvania thing. These people don’t get educated at home don’t get educated at school. Don’t know how to level up their lives so they sit here and play with other people.

What’s the point of having a phone number if the location never answers?! I was sent straight to voicemail when I attempted a second time in hopes they were just “busy” the first time. This is why I always go to the one on Linglestown road, they always have great service!

Horrible, dry donuts at 9 in the morning, I ordered half dozen donuts and bacon egg cheese bagel, never got my bagel, called corporate and they told me they'd call back! I'm done with dunkin donuts!
