Ive been here lots of times but finally making a review. I wish I knew his name but I thank you for giving me a free donut as ive been going through a tough time of my life. It truely meant a lot. I would also like to say the staff here are all very friendly and very caring. Thanks for the work you guys do!!

This is the best Dunkin’ I’ve ever been to. The staff is outstanding and then they go above and beyond. They see a lot of people in and out all day, but the fact that they can remember their customers shows just how much they care. This is an absolute go to.

I was the only car in the drive thru when i arrived, it took 5 minutes until someone had asked for my order. i ordered an almond spice iced coffee, which i had also ordered the day before. my coffee the day before had pumpkin spice syrup and toasted almond WITH cream. this coffee that i had received today had 1 toasted almond shot with NO cream. Straight black coffee. I also ordered a sugar maple bacon sandwich, i waited 5 minutes for this sandwich and when i went to eat it not even 2 minutes later it was freezing cold.

This was an odd Dunkin' to say the least. The area it is in is one of those typical PA highways at ground level with a mix of old homes and businesses littered along it.
This is an old Taco Bell converted to Dunkin' in front of a seedy motel. The staff inside was polite enough, but were just... Off? The guy took our order, turned around to grab something, and upon turning back around, offered to take our order again. We were the only people inside.
While the bulk of the order was the quick pick items, donuts, muffins, my wife got a sandwich. It took way longer than it would at a normal DD. And when my wife went to check on it (Still the only people there) the same kid asked to take her order again.
Nothing was wrong with the food, typical DD fare. But, the odd location, and the odd behavior or the staff just made it a really "Off" feeling and we were happy to be back in the car and on our way again.

went inside the store up to the front counter to ask for a hot coffee.
The lady was wiping down the back counter with a handy wipe, no gloves on (her bare hands) and continued to put the handywipe in a small bucket to rinse the cloth.
Then she immediately started fixing someone's order without washing her hands and without gloves!
The manager came over and said it was fine because she was using sanitized water. That is still no reason why she should not have washed her hands and used gloves between cleaning and filling food/beverage orders!!
This was the same woman who was mopping the floor, then started to fix my coffee without washing her hands or gloves a couple of weeks ago and I asked her to wash her hands.

20 minutes waiting in the drive thru, no lie!! Avoid this location!! Warning, you could literally drive to Enola Dunkin Donuts one exit down get served and drive back before getting service at this drive thru!!

Stood at the counter waiting to place my order for 20 minutes while 5 or 6 vehicles arrived and were served at the drive-thru. Three different employees said, "We'll be right with you," but none stopped to take the order. My wife and kids just sat at the table falling asleep while I waited. Horrible service.

I went through their lousy drive through this is the same place where Taco Bell used to be the idiot that put that in in the first place must have been drunk you drive to the drive-in window and it's about a foot above your car window the young man had to be my change he tried to tell the manager that I snatched it out of his hand which was a barefaced lie and he knew it the people here can't be trusted

Dunkin on Front St is hands down the best Dunkin location in this area!But please consider widening the curves of the drive-thru for trucks... that's a lot of concentration before coffee ?

Went there the other morning to get a bagel with cream cheese when I opened it I couldn’t believe how there was hardly any cream cheese on this bagel! It was spread so thin on it. Missing different areas that had none on it. I paid extra for cream cheese on it USE IT! And the bagel was not good. I’ve been to many Dunkin Donuts never had that problem!.
I sent my man to the store and they forgot to put the bacon on the sandwich so they looked out and re-made my order and gave me a free coffee for my trouble that’s good customer service best Dunkin’ Donuts and cleanest Dunkin’ Donuts you can ever go to front Street Harrisburg pa Dunkin’
