I have been to this locale twice since they have recently opened, it’s very convenient on my way to work in the morning, so I was excited when I saw they were opening here. Both times the service was fast, and the employees all super pleasant and cheerful. All the food and coffee was perfect, I am so grateful! Sending blessings to the employees who went extra to be nice and smile.

The employees do not listen. They rather just talk to the others. They have messed up my order or my husbands more than once. Between ordering a large drink and getting a medium or asking for 1 flavor and getting a different one. Never toasting a bagel, giving us the wrong order. It gets hard and frustrating with something simple. Oh and closing early at 5pm. That blew my mind anyways my order.....
Like a large hot coffee cream and sugar with a plain bagel toasted with cream cheese. Well get a small hot coffee no cream or sugar and a bagel but not toasted and with a pound of cream cheese that could make your stomach hurt. Or no cream cheese at all. They take forever to get your order taken and just to get it at the window that takes even longer.
Just go somewhere else

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at this newly opened Dunkin’ location was unacceptable from start to finish.

When I arrived, I had a very simple order just two donuts and a drink. I wasn’t rushed, frustrated, or asking for anything complicated. Despite that, the customer service was atrocious. The employee left the microphone on while chatting with someone else, completely ignoring me even though she knew I was waiting. She told me, “Okay, I’m ready for your order,” only to tell me to wait again. This happened about three times she would ask for my order, then immediately stop listening and go back to talking to someone else. By the time she actually took the order, it was already incorrect when I reached the window.

But honestly, that wasn’t even the worst part.

After driving away, I opened my bag to eat one of the donuts only to find a bug, (an ant) walking around inside the bag like it had bought the donut itself. Completely unacceptable for a brand-new location.

I turned around to get a refund. They did give me one, but when I asked to speak to a manager, there was absolutely no apology, no concern, and no sense of urgency. Just blank stares. That is incredibly disappointing, especially for a store that just opened.

I would strongly advise avoiding this location until they get their staff trained, improve their service, and address serious sanitation issues. This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a Dunkin’.

This Dunkin’ just opened, and they already have everything running perfectly. The store looks brand new, clean, and inviting. The team was friendly and super quick, and my order came out fresh and exactly right. The energy in the store is great, and you can tell they’re excited to serve the community! So happy to have this new Dunkin’ in the area :) Definitely worth stopping by!
