Then you got other morning where u can order a large flavored coffee and get 1pump of flavor In stead of the 4 pumps that your suppose to get and then the whole time they are talking about how a customer shouldn't make their coffee like that just order decafBecareful guys sometimes you never know who's listening or is a everyday customer.So I had to rate yall just 2 stars because it's some of yall coworkers that give yall a bad look.

I’ve ordered a dozen donut from this location numerous times and every time they tell me they don’t have to the donuts. Isn’t Dunkin known for the donuts. Very frustrating

They refused to sell me a dozen donuts using the excuse that "it would make our inventory too low". Thanks to thier "policy" even though I was looking directly at about 40 donuts in the bins the kids on our school trip had to have food from a a local bakery instead. If all Dunkin's work like this they may not be in business very long, wow.

Yeah I gotta be honest, this place can be kind of weird. Some of the staff are nice, some of them look like they want to hurt me. One time they almost got in a fight with the guy in front of me for seemingly no reason and literally chased him out of the store. Plus there is way better coffee available downtown.

This review is for Rasheem and Yannice only every time I go into this location I am always greeted with positivity early in the morning and in the afternoon always they are very knowledgeable on any questions I have alwhen ever I want to try something new and I appreciate there professionalism.
My bagel was very crispy like burnt crispy lol, eggs were hard, it was over cooked, and then my drink had no caramel I love extra caramel

I went while the parade was going on. There was A LOT of people ordering and I was amazed at how great everyone was doing. They were very organized. They took the orders and got them correct. The food tasted great, as well as the coffee.
