I had a disappointing experience at this Dunkin’ location. First, my order was not completed correctly, and I had to go back to ask for the missing items. When I requested napkins, I was told they were in the bag, but there were none. To make things worse, the chocolate milk they served were expired. Overall, this was an unprofessional and frustrating experience. I would not recommend this location unless improvements are made.

Decided around 930pm New Year's Eve to stop in and say hello to the new Dunkin Donuts! My 1st impression is a very large interior space, but a little stark also in appearance. We did talk to one of the staff members there and he was very friendly and informative. The donuts are brought in fresh at around 430am, so I would guess you better get there early am to get fresh ones. I'll have to experiment on that and get back to you. We did try their donut holes, just because, and as expected, not fresh. I did like the sign greeting to Paxton Township, which is pretty cool. Breakfast special and several sandwiches looked pretty good. Will definitely have to get there early am to try.

Updated review - this morning, my entire order was wrong. I ordered a medium iced mocha, 5 cream, 6 mocha, and a creme filled donut. I received a peppermint mocha and an chocolate iced "ring" donut. I tell the blonde at the window and she takes my order back while rolling her eyes, comes back with the correct order and says "I hope your day gets better". I'm not sure if she expected me to coddle her while telling her my order was wrong or what, but to have such a simple order messed up yet again is discouraging. I will start making the slightly longer trip to the UD or Progress Ave locations. The young blonde girl at this location has horrible customer service.

Just not professional or clean. Staff seemed like they were hanging out instead of working. Employees with family members and their kids hanging out. It was a mess. And frankly, hood! The manager was as bad as the hour associates, and I can see why the hourly crew behaved the way they did as I observed her lack of professionalism and no standards or expectations being upheld. I think the word "rough" best describes how I viewed the place. It was not a "normal" Dunkins.

Kid-friendliness: Too many running around that belong to employees and family.

Wheelchair accessibility: Not really. Very tight and cluttered space. Good luck is the best thought.

First time there after a rough morning, unfortunately I didn't get the man's name but he made my day with a free coffee that was fresh but made extra so instead of waisting it he gave it to me, that was a blessing because I am tight on funds! Thank you!

there was literally a whole HAIR in my loaded hashbrowns this morning. it was on the side of the cup and they literally slapped a lid on it and threw it in the bag. i work next door and we were busy all day, so when i finally got in, there was no manager and nobody had anything to say. gave me a refund but didnt even apologise and really couldnt care less. CLEARLY there is no hygiene policies in place and i cant begin to imagine how disgusting the rest of the place is. pretty much every employee ive dealt with except maybe 2 has had an attitude as well. will NOT be returning to this dunkin!!!!!!!!!

When you do a order for and event and the app tells you the order is ready and when you show up to 4005 Jonestown rd branch and there is no one there and the sign says open but there is no one there working and the when you call the phone number it goes to a recording and while there people standing out front and cars going through the drive thru but not getting anything terrible customer service will not be going back to Dunkin
