This location is not for the disabled. I stopped by here with my dad this morning before his doctor’s appointment, he just turned 60 and hasn't EVER eaten fast food or been to fast food places (very picky eater). I had a mobile order for a medium coffee and before I could tell him to stop at the speaker to inform the staff of what I was there for, he mistakenly drove past it. I worked at Wendys for quite some time so I know the struggles of being overworked, underpaid, being seen as nothing, and working in an environment where no one seems to respect you, so I can understand how a worker might think him passing the speaker is a blatant act of being rude and impatient, but my father just didn't know. After his stroke, he became deaf in his left ear, so he is hard of hearing and didn’t hear the lady welcome him and ask him what she could do for us at the speaker. When we pulled up to the window, there was more than three girls just standing around looking at us confused and I explained to them that I had a mobile order for myself. The older lady at the register refused to make eye contact with me and scolded me for going past the speaker. She said in a condescending voice, “make sure the next time you want anything from us, you need to say what it is back there.” I didn’t get the chance to apologize before they closed the window after handing me my coffee. She could’ve said it WAY nicer or worded it a different way. The younger girls were listening to the older woman speak to us that way, which is a bad influence for younger people and their work ethic. Why can't we be mature adults? Lets get over our egos! When I was a cashier at Wendy’s and a guest didn’t understand protocol I would try very hard to be kind and professional with my words. Just because someone doesn’t know or understand doesn’t make them stupid. And that's how it felt like we were being treated. Not to mention, my coffee didn't taste very good like it usually does from Paxton Street. All I'm asking for is for a little bit of kindness towards my father and I, or just in general. When I got my coffee and my dad started to drive off, he asked me what she said, and I explained to him the situation. He felt bad and I told him it wasn’t his fault for not knowing. Sorry for the miscommunication, but we don't care to be greeted with lack of respect and nastiness. Attitude like that has deterred me from this location.

I went for the Baskin Robbins. This is one of those hybrid stores combining Baskin Robbins ice cream with Dunkin' Donuts coffee and donuts. With a drive thru.

I ate a late lunch today inside at Dunkin’; I didn't know it was National Donut Day. You get a free donut if you purchase any beverage—my beverage of choice was an Iced Matcha Latte with vanilla and blueberry.
My lunch, the sourdough grilled cheese sandwich, was easy to order and delicious.

My experience was amazing I learned something new I got to meet the owner and Nicholas really is an amazing employee to have on any team I got to try a golden ribbon cappuccino blast! The chick knew what she was doing. I also tried a vanilla bean macchiato and it's the best thing that ever happened to me I used to be a Starbucks girl. But not anymore. Thanks Nicholas you're teaching me all the cool stuff!

Almost every time we place an mobile order something is missing. What is the point of ordering ahead, if you have to go back to get the food that should’ve been included in the first place.

Have one of you every worked at fast food or an ice cream place or coffee. Because the only ones I see that are going off on something so little!!! GROW UP!! PEOPLE AREN'T PERFECT. I BET IF YOU GUYS WERE IN THEIR SHOES YOU WOULD'VE MESSED UP OR SOMEONE ORDERS EVERYONE DOES. They don't mean it plus if their new give them time to get them to know the system!!! Don't judge them because they didn't put enough cream or surger in your coffee Nd of course your going to pay 6.00 coffee and the ice cream is going to be high also looks and see who our president!!! DUH EVERYTHING WILL BE GOING UP BECAUSE of him

We order on the app for pick up at least twice a week from here. I have rarely had a messed up order and everything has been yummy. My sandwich this morning was perfect so I thought I would do a review. The customer service is lovely as well.

I ordered a hot Matcha Latte w/ Almond Milk + 1 pump of vanilla. It was well crafted & delicious. Ordered 2 donuts in separate bags for my Great Nieces. I'll be coming back to this Dunkin Donuts again. Interior of restaurant looked to be under construction. Interior of Customer Seating area was divided diagonally by a wall. It seemed odd. It was no big deal because my order was To Go.

Last time I went here a few weeks ago they messed up the order. Whatever. Give them another try. Today I just went there and I asked for a vanilla bean frozen coffee, they try to hand me a vanilla bean coolata, I tell them it's supposed to be vanilla bean frozen coffee and the lady acts confused. Then makes it and it's definitely not vanilla bean, tastes like mocha. There were a ton of employees in there and they let someone make the drinks that doesn't know how. I had to go to work so I couldn't ask them to remake it properly. I'll be going to one that knows how to follow instructions and make drinks properly next time
