I had two empinadas, and they tasted homemade, fried to a light, crispy perfection. The lady who I think is the owner is very nice, and the restaurant is so authentic that the menus are all written in Spanish.

Firstly, I’d like to say that the people there were very nice and pleasant. I feel that the food is extremely overpriced, I paid $21 for one chicken breast, shredded salad, some beans and rice and plantains. The food was nothing exciting. I initially asked for baked chicken, but was told they didn’t have any but they had chicken breast so, I did request the chicken breast and I asked them to smothered and onions and so on. No onions no peppers no seasoning just a breast split in half.

I just ordered here for the first time and omg the food was delicious!! I only gave it a hour stars because I want to come back to see if it’s consistent. This hands down is the best Spanish food I have had in this area! I was skeptical of the beef stew meat because other places usually have the meat sitting in sauce and there near wasn’t. They had sauce at the bottom and omg was it very flavorful and so good. The other places food usually isn’t flavorful and while I was skeptical I’m so glad I tried. The yellow rice was on point!! Best yellow rice I’ve ever had. My husband also was wanted flan and he really liked it he said rid the best he’s had in the area. My only complaint the flan is small like 2.5 bites and expensive at 3.50 but maybe it’s worth it as he wants more lolWill def comeback I want to try the stewed chicken.

If you want a purely Dominican atmosphere in Harrisburg, this is the right place, Creole and tasteful food.

I ordered two chicharrón mofongos with fried chop and green salad. Neither of the two mofongos had green salad, I called to make the claim and they only said that there was a new girl and that she forgot, okay, after this I asked if they could send them to me and they told me that they did not have delivery on Sundays and that they did not They could do nothing. The Chicharrón Mofongo with fried chop and green salad is supposed to come with chicharrón, one of them only brought 1 small chicharrón and the other only 2 small chicharrón. I paid 63 for that and it didn't satisfy any of us who ate. They have to be more aware. I don't like to rant to any business, but this isn't the first time they've forgotten an item either. In addition to not putting even a considerable amount of pork rinds.I ordered two chicharrón mofongos with fried chop and green salad. This place is great. The yucca fries were crispy and hot. My fried pork was juicy, tender and crispy. My husband's garlic chicken was delicious. Our dishes were both more than we could finish. We'll be back soon!
