The food was fine, but some of the staff were goofing off. Ordinarily, I think people should have fun at work, but this wasn’t the right kind of fun to have when customers are present and when the trash can was overflowing. Five Guys locations are usually very clean, but this one wasn’t on the night my family visited. I doubt we will ever go back there.

So there needs to be a better protocol for pickup orders. I never use DoorDash, uber eats, or any other pickup service. I place my orders and pick them up myself so I was shocked to hear that my food had already been picked up by some man I don’t even know when I arrived today. This food is entirely too pricey for the staff to just give people’s food away with no type of verification. If I do choose to come back, I guess I’ll have to place my order in person to prevent this.

Don’t buy a hot dog here. Very inferior brand, no flavor. For the price they should be a 1/4 all beef hotdog. Also very sloppy. To much ketchup and relish. Fries were over salted.

First Off the worst 5 Guys I've been to. This location should be called 1 Guy for the rating I'm giving. The restaurant was dirty and dusty the Trash was overflowingout of all the Trash cans even in the bathroom. They need to clean up. Also my $6 French Fries were so got damn salty I had to wipe off salt with a napkin and shake the salt off. Freaking disgusting. I would not recommend this location. Ease up on the Damn Salt y'all are killing people. Horrible. This place needs an inspection by corporate and health board.
Food was pretty bad, and it wasn’t the first time, fries were burnt, burgers had wrong ingredients and were the wrong size 2 out of the 3, the burger bread was hard and the hotdog was in a hard burger bun, 55$ for three burgers and a hotdog for this to be the end result is ridiculous, this place in specific seems to be hit and miss.

I gave it 3 stars mainly because of the staff. The food was great, bacon cheeseburger and fries. However, I don't need to be accosted into ordering a damn milkshake and I don't particularly enjoy sitting there waiting for my food while the entire staff of young immature men all carry on and loudly yell and laugh like simpletons making it almost impossible to hear if your order number is being called. Whoever the manager on duty was needs to reign in their workers a bit as this a professional establishment, not the after party.

I know it's expensive for a burger. But guess what? All fast food has caught up. I'm paying $18 here and $14 at the Golden you know what. Which do you think is better? Haven't had a bad burger at this location yet.
