Food and service is always good. It’s just a little annoying that when you order online, you have to go in and tell someone you placed an order. So then you have to wait another five minutes for your food to be made. Yet, the whole point of ordering online is to save time and for convenience. I wish the company would make the policy more convenient.

Ordered food and went to pay and then was informed fountain drinks have no carbonation.The drink dispenser was splattered with with every color of drink imaginable. It was gross, tea dispenser was empty or didn't work either. So I paid for a drink I couldn't get. I expect more from an establishment that charges so much money. Shameful really.

Tables were dirty. Glad we got it to go. I must've been paying for the salt on those fries, because $5.19 for little fries was EXCESSIVE, And, so was the salt! It FELT like granules of sand all over my fries. A little cheeseburger, a little fries and a hamburger was $25?? I mean, great...FRESH beef, but it was BARELY noticeable on the bun. Not like it used to be. And, I was really Jonesing for a good 5Guys burger. Yeah, NOT again.

I just want to say how amazing our experience was today! We were promptly greeted and assisted by Maddie! She showed great enthusiasm and had an awesome personality! She was very helpful when answering my questions regarding the menu! The food was fresh, delicious and the customer service we received will certainly have us returning to this location in the future!
This way my first time eating at this 5 guys. I certainly hope to return. Food was excellent, the staff was great and friendly. They certainly seemed to enjoy their jobs.Parking: was able to park right in front of the restuarant.

Ordered through door dash, and they gave my order out to someone else, without expediting an order for me when it was clearly THEIR fault. Waiting an hour and paying a high delivery fee, for what has been AVERAGE FOOD at its best. Lost a customer for sure.
