The overall experience was ok. The atmosphere was clean. The five guys where I'm from is so much better. I live almost 3 hours away from this location. I was with a group of people for work. 3 of us got milkshakes. Mine was good but my coworker said hers was watery. All of us thought the buns didn't seem fresh and the burgers were thin; almost like smash burgers. I love Five Guys but wouldn't recommend eating at this location based on our experience. It may just have been a bad day for them, idk.

5 Guys has the best burgers in the fast food industry! They taste very 'real' and are a good size. Just a tip: get a small fries unless you're really hungry ?. Their servings are tremendous! Expect to pay at least $20 though. Great food, but it isn't cheap.

Visiting from Canada…. We stopped in for dinner tonight the guys behind the counter were super friendly and helpful with the menu options, the food was good I mentioned to the guy cleaning tables that ketchup machine was out as I used the last little bit, he immediately put more in it, we will definitely return in the future
Raw veggies when asked to be cooked , missing sauce , unpleasant cashier . It smelled awful when you first walked in as well. Was hoping the food would make up for it but if anything just made the experience worse.

I’ve never been to a Five Guys in my entire life. My husband and I went today, 7/15/24, around noonish to this one. All I can say is wow. The service was top-notch. The restaurant was spotless clean. The food was amazingly delicious not to mention plenty of french fries which were perfect and deliciously crispy, even the soda fountain cherry Dr Pepper was the best I’ve ever had lol. Each of the employees were super super super kind, polite, and very professional. I give props to the two gentlemen employees who handled the phone call, seemed like they were talking to a customer who wanted delivery but they kept saying very very politely, the two guys, your two employees, that they do not deliver, that the customer would have to come pick up. The two gentlemen who spoke on the phone to that crazy customer remained polite, professional, and kind the entire time. Anyway, amazing, delicious, juicy burger even reheated later on, and so many delicious french fries. We are going to go there every time we go to Costco across the street. I would definitely give this 10/10. 100/100. And the music was crazy awesome too and very chill yet upbeat lol. Great job at this location!

I used to yearn for a burger and fries every time I passed the local Five Guys. Not so much any more. The décor is the same as all Five Guys, cold (often frigid) and hard. It was difficult to find a seat that was neither too low or too high. The experience of ordering and receiving the food was not a problem--in fact, the order taker was very patient and later helped me out by filling the ketchup dispenser when I found it empty. I love the French fries and probably should have stopped there when ordering, but I also got a cheeseburger, which I could not wait to sink my teeth into. Unfortunately, the delicious burger of my memory was not there, and the taste was bland and disappointing. (Not as awful as McDoubles, though!) But still, when you pay $20 for a burger, fries, and Coke, you expect a good-tasting meal. I am afraid I will not be back to Five Guys again.
