Absolutely amazing Italian restaurant! The food was incredibly delicious and tasted fresh and authentic. The customer service was excellent; the staff was friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. Our food came out quickly without feeling rushed, which made the experience even better. Everything from the atmosphere to the quality of the food was spot on. We’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this place to others!

Wonderful place for a nice Italian meal. We go about once a month and the service is warm, friendly and attentive. The food is very good and reasonably priced too! It's BYOB, so we bring a bottle of wine & enjoy the good food & service for an excellent night out.

Got a pizza for takeout.
While the crust was good the sauce was as if they used their pasta marinara rather than a pizza sauce. On top of that, the cheese was hard a string salty taste.
Very reluctant to try again since a large plain pie cost almost $30. Not worth it.

Ordered the penne alla vodka for myself and my husband ordered the chicken marsala, or as they call it “pollo marsala.” We should’ve known right there that it was going to be a disaster. The penne alla vodka was pretty bad. Totally dry, barely enough sauce to cover the penne. The portion size was for a small child. Then there was the “pollo marsala”, horrendous. There were 2 tiny pieces of chicken that weren’t even cooked the way they should cooked for marsala. My husband asked for extra sauce, never saw that. He ordered spaghetti with his meal, he got angel hair. So all in all, I highly DO NOT recommend this “Italian” restaurant. Being from New York, I would love to find a good Italian spot. But so far, no such luck :(

I have nothing bad to say about the food.I think the fruit fly at my table enjoyed the bread as much as I did. I pushed my empty glass towards the end of the table and waited about 5 minutes before I hollered to get someone's attention as the 2 girls at the bar were in a conversation and not looking at anyone else and the manager and about 5 more employees, along with my waitress, were in a group conversation, again not looking away from their group. Really good food but I won't be back because of the service. By the looks of it the manager was the only one over 16. Since the food was decent, I ordered carryout. I didn't think I should have to tip Since I was picking my food up but the girl was surprised that I wanted change. She asked her manager to change a 20 and made a joke about her being broke and something about a tip. He gave her a ten and 2 fives when singles were needed. I just turned around and left. I won't be going back

Wow. Just don’t go after 7pm. Have been to Giotti’s multiple times before and have never had as bad service as we did tonight. Waited 10 minutes to be greeted, 30 minutes for food but the place was empty. We asked the server for drink refills and oil for the bread multiple times and never got it. The manager and the kids who were working there were gossiping about their coworkers and swearing in front of us in multiple languages. We ordered three entrees and the server was so confused. Asked about the side salad that came with it and he lied to us and said that it didn’t come with a salad. Asked for cheese and the server just said no. When we questioned him all of a sudden he changed his mind and said he could get us it. Honestly so unimpressed. Food was just okay. Not seasoned like it usually is. Not worth the money we spent. 🤷🏼♀️

It has been a while since I was here so decided to revisit. We had a pleasant experience and our food was very good. We were seated quickly even though it was a Saturday evening. Pleasant table seated near the side window. I had their Spaghetti Della Mamma,with your choice of pasta and homemade sauce. I chose meat sauce and spaghetti. Lots of sauce and meat....had a great taste. My partner had Pollo Parmigiana with his choice of sauce and pasta. He chose meat sauce and spaghetti. Chicken was tender,lightly breaded with lots of cheese. Our meals were served hot. The portion size was excellent. We were also offered a side salad to accompany our meals. Prior to our dinner, hot,soft bread was brought to our table served with olive oil for dipping. Extensive menu options in pasta, chicken, and seafood. They offer brick oven pizza and also sandwiches. We certainly will be returning.

We stopped late afternoon for an early dinner, and were one of only 2 tables seated at the time (around 4 pm). The atmosphere is nice, but mid-afternoon, felt like we were intruding on the staff. We ordered a refill on a sweet tea around 4:15 only to be told they were out of sweet tea (again, it was only 4:15 on a Wednesday afternoon). The food was delicious, but the overall experience was a bit of a let-down. Based on our meals, I'd be willing to give it another try to see if we have a more positive experience.
