We stopped late afternoon for an early dinner, and were one of only 2 tables seated at the time (around 4 pm). The atmosphere is nice, but mid-afternoon, felt like we were intruding on the staff. We ordered a refill on a sweet tea around 4:15 only to be told they were out of sweet tea (again, it was only 4:15 on a Wednesday afternoon). The food was delicious, but the overall experience was a bit of a let-down. Based on our meals, I'd be willing to give it another try to see if we have a more positive experience.

My wife and I visited while we happened to be in town. Madeline provided kind, attentive, and efficient service. We thought the food was amazing (shrimp fettuccine alfredo and red Margherita pizza). Honestly among the best we have had, and with much better portions and at a much more reasonable price than we’ve often found.
It was also noticeable that the staff both seemed happy and well trained. We saw many different servers check in at the hostess desk and all seemed to have a great attitude and were ready and willing to help guests. It felt like a genuinely positive atmosphere.

Place is run by teenagers. They are extremely disrespectful, especially in the evening before closing. So I suggest if you’re going to go, go before 8 PM.

The other pastas we ordered It usually costs $21 but they hike the prices by 30% on special occasions so prepare for that.
Their menu is outdated online. Cant place online order but the staff are great so call to place an order.

We've been here twice and can't wait to come back! The food is delicious, the atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the staff is top notch! They go above and beyond. My toddler son was having a hard time and they were kind, patient, and extremely helpful. The manager and staff work hard and I appreciate their service! Highly recommend.

Tonight my friend and I were at your restaurant, I had one of the worst experiences I ever had in a restaurant tonight! You had no one trained to help the situation at all! As I am telling you this story just remember one of your young men (a staff member watched the whole time).. we were sitting in a booth, I realized quickly that the booth was broken so I sat on the edge of the seat due to the man behind me that kept moving and rocking the booth. He gets up and comes over to me in a not so nice way telling me I needed to stop rocking his seat! I told him I am already sitting on the edge of the seat and my back isn’t even touching the back of the booth! He sits back down and then he really starts rocking the booth. And making smart remarks about it. All the time your staff is watching this and I am getting upset thinking is this guy crazy and what well he do next! I tell our waitress she didn’t seem to care at all and said yeah another booth down there has the same problem. Finally that couple leaves and another couple comes in and this guy was really moving in his seat and his Freind cames over to him and bent down to him to hug him and the back of the booth almost pushed my face into my plate! So finally I said to the waitress I need to talk to the manager she got upset and I said to her it’s not about you it’s about this booth, she than says to me after she looks at the young man in the bar area I guess I am the manager. She then tells no one else ever complained about the booth! Then she brings my bill and gives me 10% off! You need training for your staff! I was so upset over being confronted by this man after all the story’s you hear in today’s world! No one did anything! Not one of your staff handled the situation!
I will not return ever again! You need to do maintenance to your restaurant! I am still so upset about what happened 3 hours later! Imagine if this guy did more than confront me in a cocky way!
I really hope you do much needed repairs to your Buisness and train your staff how to handle situations.

me and my friend came to giottis for a dinner while im home on break from college. i got gnocchi and vodka sauce and it was absolutely amazing! our server, mason, was so awesome he was very attentive and was super on top of it the whole time! i will definitely be coming back and requesting him :)

Our first visit to Giotti's. I'm a pasta freak and this was some of the best Alfredo sauce I ever had. The seafood in my partner's entree was expertly prepared. The homemade bread was delicious, as was the dessert. Our server, Mason, was friendly and attentive. An excellent experience.
