We got there kinda of late but it was busy. We ate inside cause there was a few tables (dirty) I got beef low mein and it was very oily. I was trying to pour the excessive oil onto the lid. There was NO RESTROOMS! Set up more for take out only.

I've been going to Great Wall for about 7 years now at least. The FOOD is fantastic. However, since Covid it's become like trying to get liquor at a speakeasy or something. They have plastic up around the counter and a little window to get your food. They never understand what I'm saying because I have to duck my head down in the hole to talk to them. Very frustrating! Love the food, but hating the current setup!

Food was decent. Service was terrible. Very rude on the phone and at the establishment. The atmosphere is terrible, very run down. Surprised it's passed inspections to stay open.
