These were the largest and freshest crabs I’ve ever ordered. Every shell was full and absolutely packed with meat. The seasoning was classic and delicious, and the quality was consistent across the dozen. Shipping was fast and everything arrived perfectly packed and cold. I grew up in Virginia and now live in Florida, and it’s been nearly impossible to find true DC area style crabs here in Florida. At $218.99 for a dozen “heavyweights,” these are definitely a splurge, but for a special occasion or serious crab lovers, Harbour House Crabs absolutely delivers.

Finding a good crab cake in Florida is not an easy task so when I saw this company and the beautiful lump crab cakes that they ADVERTISED. Me and my family were very excited and placed a $450 order for 24 crab cakes. These crab cakes were anything but beautiful… completely appalling for the PREMIUM PRICE they charge.
The crab meat is CLEAR and ROTTEN! The crab cakes are frozen mush! DISGUSTING!
When I called the manager for a refund and explained to him the scam that this company is running and the misleading advertising that led me to order in the first place, he replied that “they all look like that and I’m stuck with them”.
BUYER BEWARE! SCAM SCAM SCAM! DO NOT TRUST THEM!!

If I could put big zero review i would. I ordered supposedly 6 to 7 inches blue crabs,and thought all is good, got home and my blue crabs was look like 5inches. They did throw 1 blue carbs that's is bigger than the other. Also I ordered steam king crab legs, and I got frozen legs.and the reason I didn't go back in for my crab legs to be steam cuz i was ok with it.but very disappointed blue crabs. I will not be ordering there again.smh

For years, I have ordered & had shipped steamed crabs & soft shell crabs from Harbour House Crabs. Although there is a local Maryland crab restaurant now, the quality doesn't match the Harbour House Crabs. All crab lovers know its an expensive treat no matter where you purchase the crabs. So I'd rather pay the shipping & get the best tasting crabs available...then be disappointed!
I made the mistake of ordering 4 separate Groupon specials that expired so the money spent can still be used to purchase other items, but not the special Groupon deal which is fine. However, since I am not getting a special Groupon deal I asked if I could combine my coupons for the $90 each into one order and have it shipped together and they refused! What difference does it make if I now combine my money spent when there isn't any advantage to keeping them separate or any special deal or offer? Instead I had to do 4 separate orders with 4 separate shipping and packing fees!!! Not only did I not get the Groupon deal but I got ripped off with their exorbitant shipping and packing fees for no reason whatsoever! Lousy customer service and I will NEVER order from Harbour House Crabs again. Rediculous and absurd.

My friends and I have been purchasing steamed crabs 4/6 times each sumner for about 5 years now and have NEVER had a bad purchase. The staff is very friendly and accommodating and the seafood, especially the steamed crabs and crab cakes are the best we've ever had!
