I ordered a dozen of crabs on line waste of money dried out overly seasoned crabs BIG DISAPPOINTMENT and I really love CRABS an my order arrived late freezer packs to keep cold an fresh hot as of they was heating packs ate 2 crabs and went to bed DISAPPOINTED!

For years, I have ordered & had shipped steamed crabs & soft shell crabs from Harbour House Crabs. Although there is a local Maryland crab restaurant now, the quality doesn't match the Harbour House Crabs. All crab lovers know its an expensive treat no matter where you purchase the crabs. So I'd rather pay the shipping & get the best tasting crabs available...then be disappointed!

I made the mistake of ordering 4 separate Groupon specials that expired so the money spent can still be used to purchase other items, but not the special Groupon deal which is fine. However, since I am not getting a special Groupon deal I asked if I could combine my coupons for the $90 each into one order and have it shipped together and they refused! What difference does it make if I now combine my money spent when there isn't any advantage to keeping them separate or any special deal or offer? Instead I had to do 4 separate orders with 4 separate shipping and packing fees!!! Not only did I not get the Groupon deal but I got ripped off with their exorbitant shipping and packing fees for no reason whatsoever! Lousy customer service and I will NEVER order from Harbour House Crabs again. Rediculous and absurd.

My friends and I have been purchasing steamed crabs 4/6 times each sumner for about 5 years now and have NEVER had a bad purchase. The staff is very friendly and accommodating and the seafood, especially the steamed crabs and crab cakes are the best we've ever had!
Harbour House Crabs is always my GoTo for FRESH SEAFOOD!!! The staff is so friendly and very personable!!! I recommend Harbour House to anyone and everyone in the area!! Never a disappointment!
We had the best soft shell crabs and we got them from you guys, you treated my family great and explained how to cook them and we will definitely be back and with are spin on it they tasted fresh....

The crabs always distasteful not heavy and they mushy as hell they need to get someone who knows how to actually steam crabs. Get someone from Baltimore, MD to show yall how crabs supposed to be steamed. Yall in there cooking em like it's a beef roast. It's like they not even streaming live crabs, they reheating them or something ugh, disgusting. The discounts dont make it no better a total waste.
