The crabs always distasteful not heavy and they mushy as hell they need to get someone who knows how to actually steam crabs. Get someone from Baltimore, MD to show yall how crabs supposed to be steamed. Yall in there cooking em like it's a beef roast. It's like they not even streaming live crabs, they reheating them or something ugh, disgusting. The discounts dont make it no better a total waste.

I hate places that closes at 6 and you show up 10 mins before closing and they won’t serve you. If i could give no stars I would. Closing at 6 means you serve until 6 then shut down

I did an online order with HHCH, and had a few concerns regarding my order. I called as well as emailed them, and their early response and resolution to my concern’s exceeded my expectations. When my crabs arrived they were absolutely delicious, and heavy. I’m from MD and moved further down south, As I understand it now Harbor House is in PA. But their seafood is as good as the seafood where I’m from. Great Job Harbor House I’ll be ordering again very soon from you guys.RespectfullyT. Washington

Excellent phone service. Was able to place order and pick up at the designated time. Usually at crab houses they'll cook ahead of time and the crabs would be sitting for ten minutes. Not the case here. Pulled in and the crabs had two minutes left! The location was clean, and staff was kind.

It has been a while since we got crabs. Ordered a dozen large. Most were very fat and heavy. We did have one mushy one but that is kind of the norm. It is not like a restaurant where you can just return it and get another. Most of us drive a good ways to pick them up. Overall the crabs are good. The shrimp we got were also very good. They have soft shells in the freezer and crab legs of all kinds. It tried to order pickup online but that is not an option. Call in or stop by to place your order.
