I had some of their lemon ice cups while I was recently in the hospital.
According to their website, there are many places to buy them none of which actually sell them because I visited four very detestable locations.

I emailed the company asking where I could acquire this product and they had me go to a local grocery store and try to order them only to be a total a week later they could not acquire them.

So if you're looking for lessons in how to have a company go out of business, this is definitely the place to look

The best ice cream hands down. My only suggestion is having a public store at your facility. I'm obsessed with the dessert cups, but my local family convince store charges 5.99 per cup. I understand thier upcharge, but I just can't justify that price for 6oz of ice cream. I'd very happily drive to PA to buy them directly in bulk at a higher price than retailers are offered in thier contracts.

Love your ice cream....Please fix or replace your freezer at the Squeaky Rail Diner, Enola, Pa . We customers love your ice cream, but your equipment has been down for I think about six weeks......Would appreciate expedient service there so we customers
can once again enjoy ice cream. Please hurry.

Hershey Ice cream is delirious. It has that home made taste to it only better . can be found in most markets and a great many restaurants too!. So don't be shy ask for Hershey's !

Friendly staff they have to sides for receiving. One for frozen and one for dry. Frozen is a little more difficult. The dry side has more space to maneuver..no overnight parking.. unloading didnt take long

Don't bother showing up early for a delivery. I'm on my home load before my vacation. I will arrive to the final 48hrs early and was denied early unload. Instead of getting some extra time home, I have to sit in my truck for 2 days before delivering.

Not in the Broussard La area at least! I get an AMAZING shake, full to the top, and then some from the place in Chalmette, LA. Went to the Broussard location twice now... 16oz in the 24oz cup. Twice = over $5 they got me for. Won't happen again though!

I don't know what this location is about (production)? Just be aware it is NOT a place to go for an ice cream cone or sundae! I'm sure it's a great place, just not a retail operation.
