Hibachi Buffet Harrisburg

Food options for vegetarians were very limited and nothing in the buffet was labelled so was difficult to tell what was vegetarian friendly. Staff were incredibly rude and unhelpful and blunt, no basic manners or patience. Their attitude was outrageous. I would not recommend eating here at all.

RACIST AND IGNORANT STAFF
Came for dinner around 5:15 after no food since 12pm. Was busy and hoping for a good range of veg options. To my disappointment, not one dish was clearly labelled as vegetarian/vegan. Staff was completely useless and dismissive of any queries, not even stopping to answer the question, instead running off to their next task. There was only one choice of vegetarian sushi, which I only found out after asking the sushi chef repeatedly to tell me which tray was vegetarian (there were 13 trays, of which none were labelled). The sushi chef was rude and dismissive.
The hibachi grill was a nightmare as well, with all dishes being cooked on the same grill with the same cutlery, meaning zero regard for any meat crossing over between plates. As a vegetarian I was appalled.
When asking for any drinks, the waiter was dismissive and rude, barely able to even speak English and understand that we wanted 3 Pepsi's (not an advanced sentence) She shouted at us and didn't smile once as she served us. Other waiters were no better, one in fact lied about not having coffee despite us seeing another Asian woman walk past with a cup of coffee in hand. This makes me believe the interaction was racially motivated, disgusting to see from any establishment in 2025.
On top of being rude, the waiters were also incompetent, not being able to tell me whether a dish in their own restaurant was vegetarian or not. I hope the business collapses tonight, so that no one else has to suffer the disgusting service of this incompetent establishment.

The staff was horrible

Walking in, it's beautiful to see all the buffet tables. Now going to fix a plate , big disappointment. Plenty of food no shortage there. Everything was so dried up tho. This was noon on a Thursday and pretty busy. I couldn't find 1 edible thing, except mushrooms and the crab and cheese delight. Salmon would hv bin good ,but stone cold. Fried foods were definitely fried, burnt fried. Even the soups lacked flavor n were cold. Salad bar looked fresh. I don't go to buffets for salad though.

The last 3 times i have went to this buffet I have always left angry, not because of the food or the wait time but the service. The waiters are extremely rude and rushy they give you weird stars and looks as if you aren’t human, and they overcharge you. The first time i went for 2 people it was $32.00 the next time i went again it was $46?? that can’t be right. The food is 50/50 food with good rice and chicken, selections are mid. DID NOT TIP and waiters get fussy and give very bad attitude and scruffy looks. I will NOT tip for rushy and bad service, and it is not shocking it is ALWAYS the same people when i come all gives the worst attitude.. Do better.

Delicious! I can't pass up a sushi bar. Everything I tried tasted great including the raw oysters. Plenty of non fried protein options. The service was amazing.

I have gone to this buffet a bunch of times with my wife and kids.. the atmosphere is nice, but I have noticed that the prices have gone up significantly recently and the food is just decent at best.. it’s a buffet, so it’s really hit or miss, sometimes the food is really good and other times not so much, or you get something that can kind of ruin your appetite.. I just took my kids this past weekend because they like the food a lot.. but it cost $65 for 3 people not including drinks because we all got water. I do recommend this restaurant, but I think the price per person needs adjustment.
