I got tan slime in my pancakes. Imagine the uncooked grey goo they made those crabby patties out of in that SpongeBob episode. Also the absolute WORST hash browns in the history of potatoes. It's always bottom tier food, but today crossed the line into "food safety hazard"

We where in there and ordered $88 worth of food, which was cold and half done, the waitress never asked if we needed refills after this we ordered a Togo order of grits and bacon and it came out in a coffee cup! I will be calling corporate 1st thing in the morning! After my daughter tried to cancel the ToGo order of grits Jennifer B the nasty waitress proceeded to talk about her and the people at the table!

Waited a long time to get seated. From the looks of it, they only seat regular customers first. Room was freezing. We had to wait in a cold breakfast joint for 15 minutes until we got seated. Even when we got seated, our food still took very long to arrive. Overall the foods okay but quite small portions.

Ihope and Dennis are decadent restaurants that will eventually go bankrupt, takes 30 min to get your order and portions are ever smaller, food is bad and small and prices stratospheric. There are better places for breakfast, don't go here
The seat was torn in our booth, a little tape would be nice especially when the rip is almost a foot long. The food was good although my daughter's hash browns were ice cold everything else was hot. All in all it was a good visit and clean despite the disrepair.

The place was almost empty, there were 8 empty booths and they still had us and others wait for a seat.
We waited for like 15 minutes and nobody was let in.
If that’s just to sit down (in an empty restaurant) I can’t even imagine how slow they must be to actually serve the food.
I would’ve understood if the place was packed, but we literally stood there and saw all of the empty tables and 4 parties outside waiting.
