The strawberry banana pancakes were served without the banana or strawberries. The sunnyside eggs were charred and crunchy at the edges. The meat included in the meal (ham and sausages) never came in spite of asking for them. Last time here.

I went after work around 10:45 pm. I was the only one in the restaurant. My server Jennie was fantastic. Food took less than 5 minutes to come out. The pancakes were alright, not great, but not terrible either.

Changing my past review at I hop on Union Deposit in Harrisburg Pa from 4/4/24. Today is 4/11/24. Met with Samantha the GM. What an awesome person. Along with all the servers and cooks. Food was beyond up to PAR. Compared to what I got served on 4/4/24. The attention to detail was perfection. The laughter was contagious. The warmth. The restaurant inside was clean. Tables were the best I've seen. Even the open table to invite potential catering opportunities was set up professionally.. The brand is I HOP. ..Staff should always keep that in mind. To represent to the fullest. I will now spread the word. Locals make it break a restaurant.

Went there today. The server (only one) was not efficient. The food was ok at best. Bacon was cold. Pancakes were luke warm. Wouldn’t melt butter. I was done eating before my wife got her saladThe manager had to cook because there were no cooks available.The waitress called every one hon. Love or my love. She was young. Maybe 20. My wife and I are in our mid 70s. Used other pet names also. It was constant. Every time she spoke to you one of those words came out of her mouth. When we were paying I told her that she did a good job under the conditions. I told her that I didn’t really appreciate being called those pet names especially by a child. That set her off. She said I’m not a child. I’m in college. I don’t want her to get in trouble, just stop using terms of endearment with customers.Oh yes when we got there we almost walked out because it was so cold in the restaurant. But they said the would turn on the heat. We stayed and it did get warmer. Oh yes when 2 ladies sat at the booth in back of me they wanted the table to be cleaned. Waitress told them that a couple sat there for a moment before standing up and leaving because it was too cold in the restaurant.We have eaten in this ihop before with similar results. I think the third time has told us to not go back. Very poorly managed store.

This restaurant is a joke. I waited almost 25 minutes for two orders of pancakes and two drinks, had to unassign myself from the order through DoorDash so it didn’t hurt my ratings. Was also 20 minutes late from another order and had to drop that as well. Had another come in for pardon my cheesesteak and waited 15 minutes before deciding to leave from not being acknowledge. Worst staff including management.
