Infinito's Pizza Buffet

This crew is solid .. Customer service was good. Pizza fresh, all request were met. Just relocated to the area and will definitely frequent this location just like I did in Reading.

I visited with my family and arrived approximately two hours after opening. Upon arrival, we were immediately met by an employee who was noticeably rude. We also noticed that no food was ready, so we assumed she might simply be having a difficult start to her day and chose to be understanding.

However, the situation escalated when my autistic, non-verbal 3-year-old briefly wandered toward the side near the employee entrance as we were paying. He did not enter the area—he was simply getting antsy due to her making us wait several minutes while she put food out , and I had momentarily let go of his hand. The employee yelled at him and appeared as though she was going to grab him. Her demeanor was unnecessarily aggressive and unprofessional.

This experience demonstrated very poor customer service, and we left extremely disappointed.

Spent $31 not bad, but when you get 3 bites into your salad and find a roach dead in your ranch dressing and tell a worker about it they just shrug it off and don't tell management, i used to love infintos now theyll never see me in there again, they need to have better staff, their pizza is worse than subpar and the only thing I enjoyed was my pasta. 1.5 out of 10

First time walking in, the lady that was going to take my order had the worst look and attitude on her face, I asked for at least a smile and she bluntly said, NO, so I walked out and didn't order anything.

Was here on Sunday November 2nd, with a high school marching band post competition and the staff made sure all food was prepared and out and had substitutions of different flavors. Food was very good. And the setup was so organized and well prepared for a large group such as the one I was with. Would definitely recommend and would love to come back especially as a non-local.

When we got there, most of the pizza on buffet line looked like it had been sitting under the heat lamps for alittle to long. Ask associate if new product was going to be put out . She was in process of making new ones when I asked. Slices I had were good .

Infinitos is a solid 5-star establishment, and the reason is the exceptional people who truly care about the customer experience. I came in on October 20th by myself. I lived in Lancaster and I hadn't really been to Harrisburg that much. I didn't even know that this pizza shop existed until recently.

I have to specifically call out Darnell—he is truly fantastic and makes every visit great. He is genuinely nice, incredibly helpful, and a great listener. On the rare occasion there has been a mistake with my order, Darnell is always patient, understanding, and willing to go above and beyond to make it right immediately. I really appreciate his commitment to service; he is a huge asset to this team.

My experience with other staff, however, has been mixed.
While Darnell is a five-star employee, I did have a less-than-ideal interaction with one of the other managers (brown hair and glasses). I found her to be a bit standoffish when I happened to speak with her. She seemed annoyed that she had to talk to a customer and had a strong awkward approach when it came to the conversation she made it seem like I had to rush my answers as to what kind of pizza requests I wanted and that greatly upset me. Very rude and completely non professional! This made me feel very uncomfortable and did not leave me with the impression that she was working hard to satisfy my needs as a patron.

Overall Verdict:
The quality of the food and the exceptional, patient service provided by employees like Darnell elevate Infinitos to a 5-star rating. I strongly recommend Infinitos for anyone looking for great food and a welcoming atmosphere. They clearly prioritize customer satisfaction!

I love the pizza I love the dessert it reminded me a lot of CiCi's pizza so I will be back again when I come back around this area cuz I'm from 5 hours away

Decent food at decent price. Wouldn't write home about the pizza necessarily but it was pretty decent, and they were on top of reloading the buffet constantly.

Took the extended family, and everyone had something that they they kept going back to the buffet for. Someone, not me, may have eaten 9 breadsticks!!!

I put 4 star for atmosphere because the room temperature is too low. The Jazz( not my style of music) was playing too loud.
