I’m not sure who the employee was, but one of the women working at the Broadstreet Market location was astounding! When I asked about the differences in oyster species and how to shuck them, she intentionally walked me through each one and demonstrated shucking. Even as a small line formed she didn’t rush, didn’t seemed hurried, and was intent on making sure I understood. Fresh fresh fresh! If u are a clam lover and tired of those 'button' farm raised imitations .. try their Maine Quahogs! Real clams .. delicious! Call and order as they run out occasionally.
It's always great to buy from people that truly love their food. They work with small fisheries and oyster farms from several places to bring the best stuff to their customers!
Lauren knows my family's favorites and takes amazing care of us with her suggestions and generosity when we order.
