Ordered chicken cheesesteak on wheat from DoorDash delivery. Delivery was delayed as they somehow had to redo order. I didn’t get what o ordered. Came on regular roll not wheat chicken was awful it was brown??? It’s usually white meat stuffed with so much lettuce and skimped on the other ingredients.

have used the app to order several times, not a single time has been correct. the store as a whole has an inability or just complete disregard for reading order instructions. ALL FOUR subs were wrong. $50 worth of food completely wrong. i worked at a jersey mikes for 2 years, was a shift lead. this is complete negligence and laziness. the order tickets are very clear in their instruction, the back line SHOULD be organized and ordered. they quite clearly struggle with that at this location. hold the leadership accountable, this is on them. we will now be exclusively going to the Grayson Road location, this location is consistently lazy and a waste of money. at least Grayson Road can read an order ticket.

4th or so time I’ve ordered using the app that my order was incorrect. I typically don’t complain about my food or from places like this but when both of the subs I ordered for my husband and I are consistently wrong- it’s irritating. These subs aren’t cheap- all we want is for them to be what we ordered.

Two small subs cost almost $25. They forgot the mushrooms on my steak sub and there’s barely any immediate. My daughter picked up so I can’t speak for the service or the atmosphere. This is the second bad sub I’ve had at Jersey Mike’s. I will never step foot in there or give them any more of my money

I am writing to report a very disappointing experience I had at your store location on date.
During my visit, the staff was extremely rude — one employee yelled at me, walked away before completing my order, and showed no professionalism whatsoever. When I brought the issue to the manager’s attention, the manager did nothing to address the behavior or correct the situation.
This experience made me feel disrespected and unwelcome. I expect better treatment from any business, especially from a company with Jersey Mike’s reputation.
I would appreciate a response regarding how this matter will be addressed. Thank you for your attention to this serious concern.

Everything I've ever gotten has always been fresh and delicious. The staff are always super friendly and very patient. (there are a lot of options to choose from). It's definitely a favorite go-to spot for a quick and filling meal.

I ordered a veggie sub with cheese. I usually get a generous amount. Today, I had 3 thin slices that equalled one slice of cheese when I compared it to a slice from the grocery store....disappointing. I had to add cheese to it so it wasn't LTO on bread
