I was not allowed to eat in the Jimmy John's because of my service dog. The person at the counter claimed that since he has an open Kitchen he is allowed to force me to stay outside. He did offer to take my order and presumably I would have eaten in the parking lot. I traveled here by train. I did not have a car to eat in.
Eat next door at the Yianni's Gyros. Their only sin is that they give you too large a portion of French fries.
Incidentally, the only way my dog would have been an issue is if he jumped up on the counter and walked through the food prep area. He is a Bull Dog that is a foot and half tall. He cannot jump that high. He cannot breath on your food. Incidentally if you are worried about a dog contaminating the food wear face masks.
The person at the counter also claimed to have a service dog and knew the rules. If he honestly has a health issue he should not be endangering himself by working in a place where he is not allowed to have his dog. I will keep him in my prayers.

Delivery took awhile. I was missing chips I paid for and all three subs had SO much brown lettuce on them. I've never been served lettuce that gross. It was insulting. The delivery driver also left my gate completely open (after ignoring my directions to drop it off elsewhere). Glad I noticed before letting my dogs out to pee later in the day, or they would have ran away. This location has been slipping for the last 2 years. I'll never support this location again after wasting $40 on lunch.

I don’t know HOW or WHY but I had a Mediterranean Chicken Wrap and a Dr. Pepper this morning and I have had CIGARETTE AFTERTASTE ALL DAY, and I have HORRIBLE heartburn and indigestion. No im not a smoker. It tastes like somebody left a cigarette butt in the fountain drink, the bottom of my Dr. Pepper seriously tastes like straight Newport. I’m not one to leave reviews ever but I had to leave one here. Will not be coming back here ever; super close to reporting the establishment for this. Disgusting.

My order took way over than 1 hour for 1 sub (the chains motto is freakishly fast) I called the store and spoke to Alexia who said he was the manager. Told me my order was “already out the door” and then offered to throw in free cookies ? thought it was already out the door?*****
