Went through the drive thru . Was rushed couldn’t even finish my order . After I would say an item okay that’s it ? Your total is this and I would remind them several times because I had a large order that I wasn’t done ordering. Then my car is parked while waiting for my order . I am currently doing this review right now as I wait for my food . Didn’t get my receipt back . I assume this is a frequent thing they do so people don’t do survey to the actual idc sits . I have been sitting here waiting for 20 plus minutes. There is currently 4 cars parked waiting in this tiny parking lot . Please don’t park cars for future reference! Definitely not fast and friendly service here !

Terrible location due to a very unprofessional manager. This place is dirty and the manager is very rude to people. Go to Cracker Barrel, you can get chicken tenders that are fresh and less expensive. We sit in front of the fireplace and have a very nice experience. The people are very friendly and much nicer. Don't waste your time at this KFC, when they start allowing a punk to pretend to be a manager it is over.........

I just came from there a few minutes ago horrible this happens every time I go there if you don't go inside they don't give a crap what they give you I order the number three not only did they forget to put my side in they gave me my large side extra of mac and cheese but then give me the side that comes with my meal so I live like 5 minutes away from there by the time I got home I opened it up sat down and eat it not only was the chicken small it was dry and hard the biscuit was drying hard it's either it's burnt half the time or it's dry half the time I don't understand how the manager can handle this and hand it to you but give you a discount because he probably knew it was old and dry I don't understand it I'm never going back there again worst experience bye

Growing up living within 5-minute walking distance of a KFC, my family and I know this place well or at least the one in East Baltimore on Greenmount Avenue. My significant other wanted some fried chicken, but not too crunchy so KFC won over Popeyes. She wanted a 3 piece wing meal, with a biscuit, Mac and cheese and a Pepsi with no ice. To my surprise that meal didn't exist on the app or drive thru menu board. The crew member told me it wasn't a meal but only came with 3 wings and a biscuit, the side was extra. So I had to order another meal that came with a side and drink to complete the additional mission of ordering some of what caught my nose for myself. The smell was that famous recipe I remember from decades ago. Outside of not receiving utensils, a receipt and the chicken being still a bit too greasy, this was a good experience with room for improvement. This was unexpected as I was the only car in the drive thru and there were no customers inside. I still would like to know how much the 3 wings and a biscuit actually cost as the total was $20.12. for that and a 4 piece, with a biscuit, side and drink.
