It's a work of art: huge size, evenly cut slices with beautifully & generously distributed toppings on an amazing crust. The guys making your treats are total sweethearts, so personable with beautiful, genuine smiles & pleasant personalities. They're part of your overall experience & seem to love their work. I was disappointed the first time I went here and got 2 slices. There was barely any sauce and a bit too burnt. I didn't return until a friend convinced me to give it another try. When I ordered a full pizza, made fresh, it was much much better. I've returned a second time and was happy with a specialty pie. I will gladly return when I know I'll be ordering a whole pie. I'll head somewhere else for just slices.

Pizza is great! The variety was deliciousI got 12 garlic knots, which was an appropriate amount for 3 people. I would not get the knots again - leaves more room for pizza!

This is an ok place. The pizza was no better, but also no worse, than any other place. The good thing is, if you're not super hungry, you can just buy a couple different slices. It's a place to get a quick no frills bite to eat.
Awesome staff/service. Great little pizza shop. Canned beer selection is really good. We got pizza by the slice but it was unfortunately cold,good taste tho. The fresh pizza people got beside us looked awesome. We'll try again in future.

The pizza is bomb, 5/5. This is my neighborhood slice shop and I would definitely recommend their pies to anyone who like a thin(ner) crispier crust. All of their pies are good, can't go wrong. Always interesting rotating selection of craft beer varietals in the fridge. Minus one star for value (their specialty pies run $40+ and they're not huge) and always being over their estimates. Three times in a row I've called 40+ minutes ahead and seem to always have to wait 5 more. Parking not great on the corner so I've learned to park at home and just walk down.

This is, hands down, the best pizza in Harrisburg in our opinion! We moved here about a year ago from NY where pizza was an art form. Since our arrival, we've made it a point to search out decent pie. We have tried many, many shops. Too many have been disappointing. We were almost convinced that the kind of pizza we like wasn't made in Central PA ... Until we visited Knead at the Broad Street Market! They serve up bona fide wood fired pizzas that are simply delicious. Their crust is phenomenal. The service is excellent. The women manning the place were friendly and knowledgeable. It was obvious they enjoyed what they were doing. And it was there that we learned of Knead's Slice Shop just down the street at 937 N. 3rd St! Naturally, we had to go there too. Although they do pizza in a deck oven (and consequently use a slightly different dough recipe we were told) it too is excellent. We tried a selection of slices and every single one was better than anything else we have had in the area. The prices are fair and the service at this location was also exemplary. That the Slice Shop itself is very nicely designed and was immaculate was another high point.We are now unabashed Knead devotees.
