The idea of a dress code is hilarious. ? you do realize this is Harrisburg and not manhattan right? Even in Manhattan I’ll wear a designer sweater and Jordan’s/designer sneakers to clubs and it’s no issue. Guess around here they cater to a different crowd lol

Always love The Knock. Good music and upbeat atmosphere. I really appreciate the upscale feel of the club, without ever feeling stuffy.

First off I can't help but to laugh at some of these reviews as a regular. Not really sure what some of these people are expecting. Second off $5 cover charge is nothing. If you can't afford that maybe you should get a job. I've been going to knock for awhile and every time is pleasant. The music is always good and the workers are very nice. Early in the night it's not too busy, but around 11-12 the crowd comes in. That's how a lot of clubs are. Not all, but a lot. Pretty good crowd especially in the fall/winter time. Summer time is a hit or miss, but let's be honest, the music is by far better than sawyers. Always have a good time here. Definitely my favorite place in downtown Harrisburg.

The tall bald bouncer told my boyfriend he had to take off his hat so he gave him his hat and then not even two minutes later the bouncer told my boyfriend that he was "too visibly intoxicated" yet he didnt do anything. We walked about a block away to figure out where we were going to go and as we were crossing the street the same bouncer came towards us and asked my boyfriend for his ID. I said no thank you because that is sketchy and went to brick haus. Unreal.

The only reason I give this place 4 stars and not 5 is because of the location. It's in a rough area. As long as you go early enough you will be fine. Things are fine once you get in the club though. The staff was super attentive. Drinks were not overpriced. We really had a great time!

I enjoyed the entrance experience, however the music is a little loud for the space that they have and I ended up developing a headache simply due to the pressure. Other than that the music selection was good, crowd was lively, and the staff was respectful and fun.

This isn't a speakeasy, it's just a night club with loud shitty music. The cocktails were terrible, the bartenders there probably couldn't make a rum and coke

Went there for my 21st birthday and had a great time! The place wasn't crowded - which I prefer and wasn't trashy.

Great experience, cool decorations, cover charge fair but drinks are over priced!

Couldn't get in, even with proper dress code...

I was pleasantly surprised by this location. Found out about it by a local bartender who recommended. I make it a point while travelling the country to visit speakeasys and this was one of my favorites. The drink prices were half of what I was expecting and the bartender was amazing. Friendly and prompt. My party got there when they first opened so we had the place to ourselves for a while but the DJ was awesome to. There was a 5 dollar cover Saturday which sucks but what can you do. I would definitely check it out.

This is not a speakeasy, this is a cheap dance club with a weird vibe posing as a speakeasy. It's loud and there is a DJ. What speakeasy has a DJ? Computers did not exist during prohibition. Please check yourself. Also there is a cover charge, and the menu was that of a club: trash. It had bottle service. Again, NOT A SPEAKEASY. Go to Millworks if you want a better environment.
