KPOT Korean BBQ & Hot Pot

First time there wife and I, was a little confusing at first (I wasn't paying attention to instructions) after I got the hang of it it was easy. Will definitely be going back.

Today was my first time in this place. My wife chose it because she likes ramen and in the search engine it was the first choice. Since we arrived at the place we found it very nice, the attention is great. If we would have liked to help us a little more to recommend some dishes and also offer the fruits and desserts that were available since for those of us who are going for the first time it is something new. The food is great and the concept of cooking yourself is also beautiful. The bacon and marinated meat were delicious, the korean seafood soup, highly recommended, is slightly spicy, if you do not tolerate the spicy, I think it is at its peak. If you like spicy food, you have to order another type of soup, in short, a very nice experience. Allen is an excellent person, very attentive. The person who brings you the meats, is also very kind. Thank you, and without hesitation I would come back.

Have been here many times but this past weekend we had a server named Rickel I think (?) and she was absolutely awesome. Very attentive and all of the food also came out super quick. We love it here!

Don't even bother to go. 30-45 minute wait, doesn't take reservations, doesn't take call ahead. Not family / kind friendly - Shady parking lot with people smoking cigarettes and other things all over the place.

It was ok.....no great. I really wish our server would have told us about the sauce room. You HAVE to go to the sauce room! The meat and veggies do not come seasoned! You need sauce! And oil for the bbq. He asked us if it was our first time and gave us no direction what so ever. Sadly we only discovered this half way through our meal because we needed a fork. For $75 for 2 people it was ok. A cool experience but no need to go back

Little confusing to a new customer. Lots of wasted food. You are not allowed to take home left over. Very spacious and clean. People are friendly.

I don’t usually write reviews, but I felt I had to this time.I’ve been coming to this KPOT for a while, and one of the main reasons I always enjoyed my visits was because of a server named QQ. She’s always kind, professional, and makes everyone feel welcome, even when the restaurant is busy.There was a time when she wasn’t here, and honestly, it just wasn’t the same. I recently came back and was really happy to see her again.I drive almost an hour to come here, and QQ is a big reason why. KPOT is lucky to have her.

That had to be the most efficient restaurant I have ever dined at in my entire life. Service was fantastic and the food was fresh and delicious. Super clean and pretty space. I can’t wait to come back here.
