I got the rice, beans and oxtails with Maduro. I paid $22. My friend got stewed chicken rice and beans and Maduro. We are both foodies. We were both very disappointed with the bland food. I added salt and pepper and hot sauce to make it tolerable to eat. I felt ripped off for paying $22 for the amount of food served. More rice and beans than anything. About 3 oz of oxtails. The food is definitely second class and tasteless. Having said that, what the food had going for it was incredibly great and exceptional quality product. The texture of the rice, the texture of the beans and of the oxtail were all very well cooked. It lacked in taste and that can undo any other good. Me and my friend both decided we would not return to this restaurant. The ambiance and decor is calming and relaxing. The service and the demeanor of the entire staff was extremely welcoming and relaxing.

Everything was good but the pasteles were the best part. Authentic Puerto Rican food in PA. We ordered white rice, beans, fried chicken, guineitos (boiled green bananas), maduros (sweet plantains), pasteles, arroz con gandules (rice with pigeon peas), pernil (pork), and rellenos de papa (potato balls)

Las Delicias has good food and service. I was indecisive as to what I wanted to get. The worker was patient and recommended what is a big seller. The atmosphere is clean The workers are friendly. I highly recommend them for a taste of Spanish culture.
